Sir ,my doctor is giving me these tablets -1) methylcobalamin ( vitamin b12) 2)hydroxychloroquine sulphate tablets 200 g 3)salzospyrin 4)rabee -20 5) extrocin 90 or nushine 6)pregablamin . Plz tell me are they sufficient for AS. Iam doing regular exercise but I get temporary relief only. Sir my doctor suggested me for injection in hip joint. And he said that low starch diet doesn't have any benifit in AS. Please sir i want ur suggestion. What I do.
One can take a steroid injection if the hip inflammation is not settling. Not all rheumatologists believe in low starch diet as the evidence is insufficient.

NO study showing definite benefit of alkaline water in AS. Please avoid; this is more of marketing rather than science.
