Sir I am HLA B27 patient since 2015 abhi tak Mene koi medicine Nahi li he. I only consult with my physiotherapist. Since 2021 I think 2-3 year muje laga ki I completely won but in last 1.5 years virus waps active hua and again I suffer from chronic pain. Is your As well controlled as of now? If yes, you may continue Ayurveda medicines. While taking these medicines ensure that you get a prescription & buy branded ayurvedic medicines from an ayurvedic drug store. Unbranded ones given from personal clinic are often steroid powders.

Sir, I have been facing AS symptoms since last 2.5 years...
1st left side sacroilitis and now facing the same with right side ..
I had invested in physio therapies but didnt see much result...i still continue to do all those exercises but when i get a flare up i can barely do daily activities without pain killer .
Now i am taking Ayurvedic medicines and following a Gluten free diet, but getting AS flare after every 2 months..
I really need help as to how this can be controlled in long term..Also I work in IT
Flare every two months means the As is not well controlled. Please see a rheumatologist asap & start proper treatment. Medicines, exercise & diet can help you conquer your AS.

Saaz is not a strong immunosuppressant. So need not be stopped. Do consult your rheumatologist as he knows your AS/ current medical status better.

Sarvesh ne konsi medicines le the .was he taking biologics or dmards .jus wanna know because here in australia my biologics are covered by my insurancre and i dont need to pay for that . I have my appointment with doctor in coming week and he wil tell me to go for tofacitinib or biologics ...
Sarvesh did well with Sulphasalazine & NSAIDs. However do remember that no two warriors are the same. Do discuss with your rheumatologist, understand his point of view as well & take a decision.

Sir I (HLA B27 +VE)am suffering from uviatis from last year (it is second attack.. previous was three years back) As my doctor recommended SAAZ and steroids etc last year, but now taking SAAZ only but still I am suffering from uviatis in right eye (taking eyes treatment from AIIMS )due to covid surge in Delhi I am not able to connect my doctor(Normal OPD are suspended by most of private doctors and government hospitals..
As eyes medicine contain steroids so eyes pressure is also increased and cause glaucoma
