    I stay very close to this project and I've visited this project twice, I would not suggest anyone to invest in under construction project, moreover the architecture is also not upto the mark. Godrej is trying to sell it's apartment through strong marketing only.

    What many fools dont understand is Godrej properties is another way of selling overpriced properties. In gurgaon similar things have happened with Emaar and in noida with Logix. What really happens is some big name will tie up with some small player to start a project. Before completion, the big name will just sell its share to some small player and exit with new owner not living to the mark of godrej. This is like a ponzi scheme that has been repeated in India in multiple places. Stop investing in this stupid dream and be real. INvest in some small builder like gulshan or ats whose core business is construction. They will. do a better job than these dumbos.

      @@purukumar001 True, 1 Cr mein why to go for under construction, many ready to moves are available also NCR having bad reputation in under construction. Saurav mentioned advantages of under construction, should have also mentioned disadvantages. Very much risky in NCR.

      कोई जेल में है तो किसी के twin towers ढहने वाले हैं और आम्रपाली वाले का तो कुछ पता ही नहीं है।

    DONT BUY FOR UNDER CONSTRCUTION PROJECT OR NEW BOOKING , WE HAD TO WAIT 7 YEARS TO GET OUR PROPERTY DELIVERED. BETTER GO FOR RESALE OR WHICH WILL HAVE POSSESSSION IN MAX YEAR. ALSO OUR BULIDER WAS VERY REPUTED EMAAR.

    Just visited this property 2 days before. Builder is simply looting in name of location. 3bhk (2000 sqFt aprox) is at cost of 2.7Cr.

    Buying flat is biggest mistake , registry problem, building quality if you include loan about as it's extremely extremely high, maintenance charges and if someone is buying it for investment then it's a foolish decision

    A lot of MISLEADING information is provided in this video. First of all NEVER INVEST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN AN UNDER CONSTRUCTION PROPERTY. NEVER means NEVER! and if its Noida; to under construction property k liye paisa mangne walo ko pel do ache se! Second thing; projects like these should be BOYCOTTED by the buyers. Deliver honge 3 saal baad and look at the price for a 2bhk! What premium they're charging...and going by such high pricing; property prices of the surroundings would shoot up! Look at the audacity of the presenter saying abhi lena hai to lo nahi to 2 saal baad 40-50% zada pay karo; us price par jo already high hai! Kyu bhai? Buyers aren't aware ..neither about their rights nor their duties! Its the duty of buyers to become a force to reckon with! They must form a lobby to take on these builders just like builders have done! Tabhi builders k hosh thikane aaenge! This project is OVER PRICED guys. Stay away!

    Be aware that they don't return the EOI money if you change your mind even before an agreement, I am yet to get refund of Rs 5 Lakh paid by me on 10-10-2021 for Godrej Palm Retreat Sector 150 Noida.

    If you live in your flat and if you have one crore like amount in savings, then you are the luckiest person....no need to transfer your hard earned money to thieves claiming building DHARTI MEIN SWARG....live peacefully with your savings....you don't have to pay any emi, you don't have to pay registry, maintainance etc....you will have good amount coming per month and inflation can not disturb you(as wrongly claimed by the chelas of developers/share market/mutual fund people....ENJOY LIFE ...BE MINIMALISTIC ...live happy.....

    They are not trustworthy for us any more as they are not even responding to our request for refund of EOI money from Godrej Palm Retreat Phase-2 Sector 150, Noida. At least we deserve to be heard. Such a customer unfriendly and looting company. We have not spared any platform for last 5 months but they don't even respond. But we will continue to make people aware about their unprofessional behaviour.

    If you buy flat of 2.5 crores, then your life will become hell...choice is yours ..if you give 1 crore downpayment(only a fool can do that), and take loan of 1.5 crore then you will pay 1.5 lacs emi every month for 20 years....if interst rates rises 2-2.5 percent in this inflationary world where ww3 can happen, and where farmers can demand 10 times more remuneration for their hard work, then your loan period will be risen by 10 more years....now 30 years loan period and private job....one can get high pay package for 5 year or few more years but not for 30 years....govt employee with permanent job cannot invest such large amounts ....so defaulting on loan is 99.6 % sure ....and these shreeed developers will not be coming to rescue you
