    Well Explained Saurabh - I will try summarize
    All Sectors - If land dues to authority pending - Registries can't be executed
    Sports Sector ( Sec 1 GN, 79, 150) - Sports Amenities pending - registries can't be executed
    If the above issues are resolved then Registries can be executed.

      This information is widely available on google and you tube other videos. Question is to remove the question of "If" And nail down at project level. There are no timeless of by when your "IF" Will get resolved. Customers don't buy sectors they only buy apartments in "Projects" Let's stick to Projects rather than sectors.

    Good one, this is really a helicopter view, however can you pls cover project wise land dues Yes/No and sports activity Yes/No to provide better visibility to viewers of Noida sector 150. Customers need very very specific info. Regarding their investment made in specific project. I know you might have to do lot of homework for that. But not sure what's you POV. Kindly comment and guide your viewers.

      Can’t share openly project wise. Customers need specific info only about the project they are going to invest in, wo kharidte time hum bta dete hai sir.

      @@SauravSharmarv In that case you are narrowing your audience, what about those viewers who bought the property already in S150. You can tell the as on date status at binary level. That's the reason I said Yes and No.

      All information is available on RERA site for pending dues. You just need to review documents visiting rera portal for each of the projects

    registry problem 15 saal purane projects me bhi he , grand omaxe 50% flat registered hein 50% nhi, na loan na registry , noida ke builders choor hein

    There is no problem inregistery bcz of supreme court order passed on 07 nov 2022 and in sector 150 every developer paid remaining payments of land within 2-3 months but but sporty city problem is solved if builder giving sports amenities which come infront of the project and there is no sports city prolem in projects are
    1) samridhi luxuriya
    2) samridhi daksh
    3) mahagun meadows
    4) antriksh
    5) godrej palm retreat
    6) prestige ( not launched yet)

    Hi saurav . It's great to see someone is really helping for this registry fasade of Noida . I bought a flat in noida sector 44 but there also we have same problem of registry . Do you have any idea why is it ?

    Nicely explained.
    This system is a complete failure.
    Why does the end user suffer here and not the builders?
    if any builder doesnt pay dues
    Authority shud not allow him to buy another land patch.
    But all are currpt here.
    One thing is sure, builders dont care about their customers.
    All they need is their money and NA works on Bribes from builders,
    Only customers suffer here..

    Respected sir, I am a resident of Supertech Eco Village 3 greater Noida. OC CC of our tower received but registry still pending. As you clear in this video that after receiving OC CC registry can be done. Can you please clarify what the issue is there for my case.T hanks

    Unregistered property if builder sell to multiple owners then what? There’s no recourse for house owners here. Also without registering banks cannot take hypothecation hence no loans.. its a total scam by the said developers.. customers should avoid all such developers and their projects.

    Ace has offered possession , but ace has not received OC yet from the noida authority , so registery will not happen ,

    Anyone knows if there is issue in noida 150 then how Apex is launching new project? Why authority is not allowing registration but allowing launch new project.

    Correct your self
    Agreement to sub lease is not signed by authority. It's a bluff by builder to cheat buyer
    Because agreement to sub lease is not ownership

    Has Ace parkway got the occupancy certificate from the authority. Registry can only happen after submission of OC certificate.
