There is no problem inregistery bcz of supreme court order passed on 07 nov 2022 and in sector 150 every developer paid remaining payments of land within 2-3 months but but sporty city problem is solved if builder giving sports amenities which come infront of the project and there is no sports city prolem in projects are 1) samridhi luxuriya 2) samridhi daksh 3) mahagun meadows 4) antriksh 5) godrej palm retreat 6) prestige ( not launched yet)

But all are currpt here. One thing is sure, builders dont care about their customers. All they need is their money and NA works on Bribes from builders, Only customers suffer here..

All information is available on RERA site for pending dues. You just need to review documents visiting rera portal for each of the projects
