    One suggestion: Please mention the correct rate of the property. My colleague just purchased an ATS Pious Orchard flat at ₹10,500 per square foot. Don't mention the on-paper price, please mention the correct price.

      Building Premium flat in cheap over crowded area. Traffic on service lane is a mess due to autos and e-rickshaws. Gentry in the locality is typical ghaziabad. One side faces meerut expressway and rahul vihar. Another faces a stuck antriksh project. So good for someone who can ignore surroundings.

    As a middle class or I would say lower middle class, now I am unable to buy any property in NCR. Its better to stay on rent.

    Saurav ji I think from prestige location to move it park situated in 62/63, 135 and nearby Noida would be more convenient than sector12 g Noida from future prospect. One more thing that I believe @12000/- prestige would be more perfect buy rather than ACE

I don’t understand how many Chaudhary have become you tubers to tell the people that they have the best knowledge of real estate. This is only after when prices started moving upward after Covid. Before Covid there was no Chaudhary of Real estate market.

      Dono hi bakwaas location hai. End use hai to prestige better option hai. Baki ACE me brokers ka margin zyada hai. Sabhi ACE ko push krenge over Prestige sirf ace 12 launch tak. Ace ke bikte hi dekhna bol badal jayenge

    Between a fully liveable 10 year old established society initially sold at 5K psqft now available at 10k psqft
    or a newly launched so called ‘luxury’ society yet to get liveable available at 12k psqft
    What should an end user buy for self use purpose if u may suggest basis your best of understanding

      buy established ready to move uf you are end user...last cycle our 2 flats got stuck and its very stressing. fortunately got possession after 8 yrs. but all authorities are in pocket of the builder.
