Building Premium flat in cheap over crowded area. Traffic on service lane is a mess due to autos and e-rickshaws. Gentry in the locality is typical ghaziabad. One side faces meerut expressway and rahul vihar. Another faces a stuck antriksh project. So good for someone who can ignore surroundings.

buy established ready to move uf you are end user...last cycle our 2 flats got stuck and its very stressing. fortunately got possession after 8 yrs. but all authorities are in pocket of the builder.
