I mean, even identical twins have differences. To her that simply means God made them individuals despite sharing the same DNA at birth. I would have thought that if God really did go in and manually alter each individual's DNA, we shpuld be able to find his fingerprint or signature somewhere in there.

She is actually prooving one of evolution principles. A common ancestor and genetic variation of the offspring. The succesful ones (those that reproduce) will pass on their genes.

The origin of life is a different area of study.

However, At a cellular level, we’re practically identical as humans and are related biologically to everything else that is biological.
Two individuals can be exactly the same only if they can occupy the same space at the same time, all the time. Otherwise, even if they are monozygotic twins, or clones with 100% same genetics, they will be very very different. Beat that.
