Bumped into you at the boat ramp tonight. All your tips and tricks around the local waterways have made a massive difference to my fishing game. Thanks for all your help, keep it up 🤙
My Old stomping ground, I lived at Cleveland point from around 1965 {I was 2 years old} till the late 1970's. You would have liked the bay back then !!!!! ... Good session mate...
@@MickH60 Thanks heaps Mick! I’m sure I would have loved fishing the bay back in the 70s as well, but unfortunately I didn’t exist until the 90s haha. 😂👌
Nice day on the water Marty, I would love to learn how to fish the bay and actually catch fish. Seems you're in the know about where and how? If you have some time to teach me the perk's and share some of your spots, I would love to team up with you for a fish. I have a Bluefin 14.5 Boat with Electric motor and 60Hp. I've been waiting for someone with real knowledge about the bay and where to catch them. Willing and able, Gibbbo
@@gibbbo63 Hey mate tbh there’s not as many perks as ya might think and there’s really not a whole lot (if anything) that I don’t openly share on my vids. For me (and I’d say for most others) it’s basically an educated guess as to where the fish will be and if they’ll have a go. Plus I definitely don’t nail em every time trust me. In saying that, there are people out there that have it worked out way better than I do. 😅😂 I’ve never done a charter before so I can’t speak from experience but I gotta say Capns Charters seems really good and they catch really solid fish on the regular. I’d say they’d be able to teach you way more than I would.👌👍
@@rupeisfishing Thanks mate, just the motor. Dad and I modified the boat I had. We extended the front and cast rear cast decks plus, put a consul in and chucked a paint job on it. Big improvement if you ask me. 👌👍
@@stevenm_3sixty Hey mate, sorry for the late reply I had to find the paper work to actually figure out what the prop is haha. It’s an Enduro Heavy Duty G Series 11 1/8” 13Pitch 3 blade. Basically what the dealer put on there. I hope that heaps. 👌
Awesome session!! How’s is your side scan so clear. I got the lowrance hook 9 reveal with triple shot. The right side isn’t to bad on my side scan but left side is just really dark and doesn’t pick up anything
@@joshuathomson7092 @solo_dingo is right on the money I think. I have to trim my engine up as well to get a good picture on side scan. When I modified my trailer it forced me to move the transducer closer to the centre of the boat more the than I’d like creating the same issue. 👍

Nice one mate. Did you change boat or just motor?

@martytuckerfishing Yammy sounds very sweet. Pleased with it? Done any fuel use calculations? Nice video. Cheers
great video! scare to share those coordinates? :D
Nice vid as per usual . Bit off topic but what prop you running and do you have a foil as well? As is a 11.5 x 13 etc . Thank you

Great vid, but Marty where’s the fish taco cook up? 👩🍳

It'd be your motor leg in the way, next time your out lift the motor and see if the left clears up
@@solo_dingo will give that a crack. Thanks mate
Yep, that's what happens on my boat, have to trim the prop up to get the left side reading.. took me way too long to figure it out 😂

Thanks for all the responses. I’ll give it a crack next week in the port
What line eating are you using ? Bfs is generally rated 0.4 or less ? Just curious
@@BillyDanielfishing Hey mate. I’m too sure what the technical ratings of bfs are tbh. But yeah I know the 8lb tasline I’m using is PE .4 👍👌
