Hey mate, depends on the size gear you’re using. If you’re using 20lb or heavier go 3/4oz. If less than 20lb use 1/2oz. I like mid tide run out which is what it was in the vid I’m pretty sure. 👍👌

I’ve been working the deeper sections of reef (7+meters of water) down stream of the gateway because of all the rain. Use at least a 1/2oz head and a smaller profile plastic that still suits the hook in a more natural colour.

Nah mate, so long as you keep good tension on the line as you’re initially spooling onto your reel you shouldn’t have any problems.

Hey mate, I usually use diawa j-braid x8 and black magic tough flourocarbon. Those two lines very seldom give me any grief. 👍

Yeah the squire have been super hot and cold lately. It was definitely a better weather day than when we were out there mate, that’s for sure haha.
