Hi! Today Martin and I are so happy to be telling you all about Rémie's positive birth story. I had a natural labour at a birthing center in Berlin. It was the most intense experience of my our lives, but also the most beautiful.

thank you so much for sharing your special experience! i watched it with my boyfriend and we were really moved! you seem like such a great team!! it was so strong of you to keep your throughts about pain treatment to yourself and to just keep pushing through it for all that time. we have the whole thing ahead of us and we're getting more and more excited. i am giving birth at urbankrankenhaus, which is obviously a hospital but they are supposed to really respect your wishes and keep the birthing experience as natural as possible from what i heard. and we would like to have an "ambulant" birth and head home asap if everything goes well, just like you did. other than that we don't have any "plans". i really have no idea whether i will want to go in the tub, lie down, do gymnastics or have pain medication during labour, because, despite having watched lots of birth stories, i still cannot tell AT ALL what it will be like for me. so i guess we'll just go with the flow and keep breathing through it :) lots of love to the three of you!

If I'm not mistaken, you're quite close to the finish line, aren't you? And I think that you have the perfect mindset. Have an idea of what you would like but be open to anything because you never know how your labour will turn out.
I thought mine would be super quick like most women in my family 😅 oh well haha!
