- This is my birth story of my first baby! I'm sharing my unmedicated hospital birth story - everything from early labor to the first 24 hours postpartum. I'm so fortunate to have had a very smooth birth experience and a healthy baby girl. Listening to birth stories during pregnancy was SO HELPFUL for me. I hope sharing my experience being in a hospital and opting for less intervention and no medication is helpful to others who are interested!

40w2d today and I have been saying the same thing about being unable to time contractions.
I have had what feels like more than Braxton hicks but there’s no way for me to time them! No clear beginning or end, no consistent duration or frequency and even where I feel the cramps in my body in inconsistent 😵💫lol
