      people want to see her go through the process of using her products, that she is always wearing her wigs. While being on tour too much light, heat from the weather and getting her done nightly I can understand the wigs keeps her hair from getting damage. It's like you are saying those that have nothing else better to do but be negative will not even be trying the product. Some of us black women just hate black women rich or not I say go for what it you want to do after listening to some of the reviews that I have seen most of the women were very impressed by the product there were certain things that they say could be better, but overall they liked the product anything that we do something can always be better and that's with anything rich or poor.@@ivyjean4085

      Now, what I can say is that people seem to enjoy the fragrance and nice packaging and both cost some money and at least they made an effort on that to justify the price.
      But to think that she has some superior secret technology that other black own brands or even L'Oréal who have been on the business for longer (decades) is ridiculous. In the end they all go to the same professional shows to discover new technologies and ingredient and buy buy their raw ingredients at the same factories.

    Could you also include the volume of each product for an accurate comparison? Also, it's important to note tha"high end" hair products instruct the user to use less of the product per application. Too many users use these incorrectly & then are disappointed withe outcome and cost per package. For instane, Oleplex 3 is not a hair mask nor a conditioner. It is a bond reconstructor that reconnects the disulfide bonds within the hair shaft. It has a lot of slip agent in it so one does not need large amounts to cover and absorb into the hair shaft. It doesn't need to be left in for hours on towel dried hair. It is not used to confition moisturize the hair. Those should be done separately. Your point is probably yrue nut could use clarification.

    • @SHESOMAJOR
      @SHESOMAJOR  7 місяців тому +6

      The point is the prices are comparable - I couldn’t include all the info because the video is 60 seconds. I had to cut it down. I know that Olaplex is not a mask but a reconstructor - point is I’ve seen lots of comparisons with Olaplex and Cecred. If I were to include sizes it would prove even further how on par Cecred prices really are. Product usage is a totally separate matter and also has a lot to do with individuals. I def can’t use a dime amount of anything as product application because I have a lot of hair and it would be wasting my time, so I have to use more to see intended results.

Taraji has TPH at decent prices, Tia Mowry has 4U at decent prices, there's already Pattern by Ms. Ross. People have the right to complain about the price. I have complained about CurlSmith and Olaplex and didn't buy them. I bought and complained about the price of a looooot of products by black and nonblack companies. Y'all act like Beyonce is higher than God. Sheesh.

    • @SHESOMAJOR
      @SHESOMAJOR  3 місяці тому

      No one thinks she's higher than anyone, the point is, the price is the price. If something isn't priced in my budget, it's not marketed for me and therefore I don't buy it. The fact is, people are making a big stink because it is Beyonce and are always trying to chastise her for everything. It's tiring tbh. Good hair care costs and those who dont want to buy, thats their right.

    I think some of the backlash is about Beyonce but I also believe there is a broader conversation about a growing protest against extreme wealth that's the underpinning of some of this talk. I find it fascinating people describe this haircare venture as a money grab by a BILLIONAIRE. People are looking around and seeing this consolidation of the 1% in ways we never paid attention to before and there is a growing resentment both conscious and subconsciously. I honestly believe this driving some of the conversation.

      @SHESOMAJOR  6 місяців тому +1

      I don’t doubt that may be the case but I think it’s more racism than anything. I see white women do this time to time and other celebs. It’s a “who does she think she is”, always when it comes to Beyonce. I’m happy her brand is successful and waiting to see more.

    Y’all are working overtime to do what BEYONCE, THE OWNER AND REVENUE COLLECTOR, should be doing. She is not addressing her OWN consumers.
    No one is going to buy off of the strength of the delusional beehives. I really don’t see what y’all don’t get! ITS CALLED CONSUMERISM AND BUSINESS 101. Beyonce behaves like consumers are too beneath her to address. Ok then don’t take my money.. yes I DID NOT buy it and I took my money elsewhere as y’all suggested. Ain’t begging nobody to take my money. Lol.
    Let her fans buy it and enjoy. That’s the only consumer she desires clearly.

      Your brain is scrambled truly. She made a statement when it was released but because she wanted it to stand on quality being the selling point, she did not put herself as a the face of it. Mama Tina has done so many interview showing and speaking on the products. The ppl who work for Cécred have done videos with many different hair types. Unlike the rest of these actual money grabbers, Cécred is for the ppl who use things that will help your hair fr fr. Not that nonsense they give us which is doing more damage. What the hell more do you want her to do? Address ppl about what? All the information you need is there and the website lets you ask anything you need answered anyways which most companies don’t even do. Does the owners of Pantene ever address you ? Head and Shoulders ? The bald guys who own Shea Moisture which is actually full of stuff that doesn’t work for you. Even the black owned brands that are great, present the product and pay for marketing which shows the appeal of the product. You guys are consumed by the illusion of having ppl like her need to be doing anything you want them to do. Y’all went them to bend at your will. This isn’t baddies Why the hell would she have to come and come on here to explain anything to ppl committed to hating her anyways. Anyone with a brain you’d do research as you should for ANY brand. You don’t like it bc it’s her and if it was any other person you wouldn’t give a damn. We don’t need you to announce you don’t wanna buy the products. Nobody cares.

    THE QUANTITY of her product is significantly LESS than a comparable product with practically the same price point. That’s an unfair comparison.

    • @SHESOMAJOR
      @SHESOMAJOR  7 місяців тому +3

      That’s absolutely not the case! Some of her products are standard size. The masks are 10fl oz which is 2 fl oz more than most brands and you do not need to use a lot. Olaplex oil is 1 fl oz and is 30$ her oil is almost 2 fl oz for 44. The point is - it is not outrageous compared to a lot of brands. Yes the shampoos are smaller but like I stated they are very concentrated and you do not need a lot.
