And I just want to clarify, I refuse to take any negativity for my honest opinion. This is not the first time I have said that I have not liked a product, but this is the first time that I have gotten any backlash, which I believe is due to the fact that it is Beyoncé’s hair line. This line has gotten mixed reviews so I’m not the first person to not be a huge fan. If you disagree with my opinion, that’s fine because everybody’s hair is different and you are welcome to try the products for yourself. But I refuse to be bashed over doing my job. And also one final note… my biggest issue with this line was the price. If I pay $100 for three products, I expect them to blow me away and that’s just how I personally feel.
I knew this would be a flop honestly, how you gonna put out a hair care line and all you were is Weave!? Thank you for the honesty some people would eat Beyoncé’s feces say it’s amazing after paying 1K
I feel like you should have expected the beyhive to come for you cause those people act like you can't say anything negative about her without them acting like rabid dogs act like people can't have a option smh you just gave your honest opinion
This woman is apologizing on her own channel for her honest opinion! The Beyhive acts like a gang of unhinged thugs. Got people out here shook. It’s worship at this level. I’d like them to defend the Lord God with this same intensity.
Truth! As an overall group, they appear as a bunch of lunatics. Granted we know that not every member of the group is this way but as a group, they are insane.
There will be NO SLANDER towards Brittany Rose PERIOD! I’m glad you’re open and honest. You did not bash this company. I don’t care anything about the line but will watch through. God BLESS YOU! 🥰🙏🏽💛
Same here gurl I love me some Brittany! She is so loving, kind, and genuine. She always gives great advice and wants us to grow our hair and be proactive in going about that. She always wants us to put our best foot forward. It's her opinion its not that deep not the first time she has reviewed hair products. All our hair types are different not every thing works for everyone. That's what makes the world go round. We are different. Everyone needs to relax and just take it for what it is.
@@ronnie6696 price is not the problem, it’s the quality of the product , it just specifically did not work for her, therefore it wasn’t worth the cost. But I’m sure it works for some.
Clearly not. But some women who worship her will buy it. Would it be enough to make this jointure successful? I don't think so. It's pretty expensive too
I noticed that the tighter and denser peoples curls are. The products are just not moisturizing enough for them. I love the honesty that was presented in this video. She. Could have easily lied all because it was Beyoncé’s line. She didn’t and I appreciate her for that 💕.
@@Dontsaynoto correct but it does impact how much a product is distributed throughout the hair. That’s why type 4 hair people have to dedicate a bit more time to working the product into their hair.
@@Dontsaynoto It can be a combination of both. Though I can definitely say 4C hair due to its texture has trouble with obtaining moisture due to it being kinky so you have to take care to effectively distribute the product throughout it. Most people who have 4C tend to have more dense hair too.
Y'all are not alone! I literally thought she sounded a lot like Kyla as well. They also favor one another, actually-in my opinion. Both are gorgeous, sweet young women!🎉❤
I honestly will never understand why anyone gets hate over disliking a rich Celebrity beauty care line, regardless of who or what it it😅 That goes especially for this collection with Beyonce. She's a billionaire who just slapped her name on a product line that someone else created. Why do people care if it gets bad reviews?! Go support your local small black owned brands. It's so silly to me.
But she didn’t just slap her name on it. Mom is a stylist and Bey was active in the salon growing up and in developing this and whole the project. Like we’ve seen Blue’s and Bey’s hair. Gorgeous. Even if not, why is it when Black women do something it’s this kind of uninformed critique? Yet others do it and no one questions it or the creators. How many actual billionaires have to been vetted this hard by consumers. Anyone asking Elon about his personal Telsa? Stop hating.
Stop hating what's that suppose to mean? It's a big difference between hating something and disliking it. No one hate Beyonce, I don't care for her music but that doesn't mean I hate her. Hell,I, me,or you don't even know her other than being in the limelight. Who cares?
@@samiamperry2616 What was uninformed about the critique? And creators say they don't like products all the time, this particular creator has said she doesn't like other products. Why is it different just because it's Beyonce?? In fact in this very video she said she didn't like the Camille Rose product? Is the Camille Rose CEO not a black woman? 🫢
People need to stop if you like beyonce that's fine. Some people don't. People are entitled to their own opinions. Leave this wonderful young lady alone cause Bey Is not bothered if some folks don't like she is just joining a trend she will never be broke. Smh
I was about to say that or mention it or even question...isn't she being sued for using someone's packaging style / idea? They have receipts on their custom designed bottles that um..eh em...look very um "similar" to hers! 😂 So, yeah, she slapped her name on SOMEONE'S packing ideas...at least. 🤦🏽♀
I can tell your hair doesn’t look as good as it normally does on your wash days. You gave an honest review and I commend you for it. I would never buy it but I’m glad you reviewed it for everyone. 🙏🏽💖
its annoying that the products are Black owned and marketed towards all hairstyles but black people with thick hair are reporting the shit sucks lol... thanks for being honest! she don't really need more of my money
Not even trying to be mean but I think that most of the bi racial and non black girlies would benefit more from this line. I’ve heard nothing good from the 4c girlies like myself. Definitely will not be supporting this brand!!
This is how messed up we are as humans to defend a celebrity who knows nothing about you nor cares anything about you.. but you don't have that same energy for the people in your community that you see everyday or the injustices that go on in this world against your own kind..we are a sick people.
@jennifermuhammad4476: Preach, baby preach!!! I swear Beyoncé is doing her own thing and does not give two f’s about what people think or say ! I also do find it crazy 🤪 how people lose their 💩 over a damn celebrity who does not care and does not know anything about you! Like people chill downnnnnn.
I'm sorry, l disagree Beyonce does care about people and what we think!!! She has helped alot of black businesses and people from low socioeconomic backgrounds l!!!! Stop the self black hate!!!!
I already knew cecred wasnt going to be ✨giving ✨ for most of us based on the prices alone. $35-40 for a bottle of shampoo/conditioner..$52 for 1oz of oil. 🥴 if its doing the same thing a $10 bottle does
Right & it's insane that people got mad at this girl for giving her opinion!Like Fr!?If your spending that much on any hair product the results should match the price!
I had a different experience with Cered my hair came out great. I'm a black woman but I have natural wavy hair. When I try black owned products my hair doesn't like them. I use products like Aussie and Pantene because of my hair texture
That’s what I was under the impression of as well, which is why I’m not too upset about her not being in the marketing, but I understand why people would be
The same with their fashion company and eventually IVY Park and look what happened. Her mother is taking advantage of her. It’s okay to help family but none of the businesses succeed because Beyonce doesn’t have an identity outside of music. Her mother is her identity.
@utubechannel3846I don’t support people just because they are black, I support products that actually work. Tina Knowles is colorist and she strikes me as the type who don’t know how to style hair that is 4C or coarse
I truly appreciate the bravery of these youtubers who put their hair on the line to give us a review. Taking the risk of destroying your hair for the sake of your audience is commendable!!! Thank u so much. New subbie here
Dealing with Beyoncé products is more than her hair or anyone’s hair. It’s an attack on their souls. Beyonce is very clear it’s demonic products. She performs rituals from the dark side on her website. I pray over this young lady’s soul and all that uses any of her products In JESUS name!
That's right, Brittany, stay honest! This is about the product, not ppl and their idol worshiping. I also agree! This is Tina's passion project, which is good for them, but these women don't do their own hair.
Stop apologizing for honesty, please. We need honesty. The line needs the honesty also, I’m sure they’ve been getting yes, it’s good all across the board because of who’s backing it. Maybe they can reformulate.
Hair care is so easy now days get a few good staple products and take care of your hair. It's Crazy that folks think you need a hair care line that's expensive or exclusive.
@@Patrice4931to each his own I guess. I prefer high end brands because…I deserve it lol. But I would never knock anyone for buying what works for them.
I’m happy that you did an open and honest review on Beyoncè’s haircare products. I was going to try it, but I hesitated about actually purchasing it because I didn’t want to waste my money. It only seems like people are only hyping the products up because it’s made by another celebrity. People aren’t really saying whether it leaves your hair soft or manageable, or crunchy or brittle and dry after washing and conditioning 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️ When I’m looking for hair care products, I want something that’s worth my money. I wouldn’t want to buy a product that everybody hyped up and get disappointed because it didn’t meet my expectations..💯 all haircare products aren’t made the same for everyone with different hair textures..
I respect your opinion but I don't think this is true: "People aren’t really saying whether it leaves your hair soft and manageable after washing and conditioning." I've been watching many reviews because I'm also on the fence of trying it due to the cost and I 90% of the ones I've come across mention hair softness and easy handling
@@jessysotnasI’m one of them. The products really are great. The shampoo is so good. The deep conditioner is thick so a little hard to spread but wet the hair a little more and spreads like magic. It makes your hair so soft and this is no lie even used on my daughters 4 type hair and it’s so soft.
@@jhansen658 i most definitely will lol, I just don’t wanna pay the expensive fee but since everyone keeps talking about it being so good, I’ll give it a try.
Even when YOUR shampoo wasn’t hitting yet, you were honest and sent it back to your chemist until it was just RIGHT. ❤ you don’t play about products!! Lol
LMFAOOO Beyoncé's line was 6 years in the making. Acting like this woman's flop ass hair care line did some type of unique testing that other brands don't do is hilarious.
@@theebokutosimp8747 I don't give a fuck about her point. If it didn't work for her cool. "Still not that good" yet it's worked for MILLIONS. The reviews have been overwhelmingly positive, the acclaim, the awards it won etc so her implying the brand has been panned is an absolute lie. Both of yall are weird af. And if you yourself didn't try it then you really are weird
To each their own but outside of music, Beyonce has not been successful. House of Derion, Parkwood Entertainment, Ivy Park with Adidas and True Star perfume...all have been flops so her haircare line not being the best is no surprise. Thanks for your honest opinion.
Her Price Point Is Definitely Not Geared Towards Logical People, Like I’m Not Taking Out A 2nd Mortgage To Afford Any Of Her Products & Do She Really Wear & Use Her Own Products🤨🤨
If a shampoo doesn't lather on the first wash, if you Rinse, and shampoo again, then it should lather more. Just a general tip to anyone wanting to know.
Yup means your scalp and hair is still dirty. This happens in general. When my shampoo doesn't lather that well Ill rinse do it again and it instantly gets super bubbly
That's why her cheap behind was suppose to buy the clarifying shampoo. Cleaning your hair is more important than the moisturizing shampoo she purchased. You can use other products to mousturize your hair but to see if a product works, your hair has to be clean
Yes. This review honestly came off very hater-ish from the get go. Everyone knows shampoo never lathers the first time because of product, oil, and dirt. That critique was a reach. I’m not even a beyonce fan but like, don’t be petty. I honestly don’t trust someone who has their own hair care line to review someone else’s line. As someone who’s a licensed cosmotologist and a chemist, Cecred is more so like olaplex. It’s not meant for everyday use with the exception of the moisturizing shampoos, hair lotion, and conditioner.
The success of any product depends on whether it works or not.. no matter how much hype /marketing they do if the product is not doing what it says. Then people won't keep buying it. There's a reason why Rihanna’s make-up/skincare is success is because they are good and not over-price
That’s not true not every hair product works for everyone, I’m not even a Beyoncé Stan but the way yall dehumanize her an demonize her to an extreme extent is insane and disgusting
@@GinaJonesStillettoQueen yes everything she touches outside of music isn’t successful bc she doesn’t market it properly, that doesn’t make it a money grab
@@Sarah-qo9bu the products aren’t trash they just don’t work as well for type 4 hair, and guess what Beyoncé doesn’t have type 4 hair as Britany said multiple times in the video
You should do a tier list at the end of the year for all the hair care products you’ve been trying. I’d love to see one on different detangler brushes for black hair and one on different protective sleep styles. ❤
$106 dollars!! Oh no ma’am and for the people talking about that’s how much products cost in a professional salon. You tried it! Thank you for your honest review!
I love beyoncce but i don't feel like products that are meant to cater to all hair types will truly work for all hair types. Different hair types require different things. Personally, i feel like this "for all hair types" move was more of a marketing ploy so that Beyonces diverse fan base all felt included
Its kind of insane that this brand pricing is comparable to pro brands like Kerastase, Morrocan Oil, Biolage, Kevin Murphy, Aveda, etc and yet the quality of performance pales in comparison. This reminds me of when Kylie Jenner released a set of cheaply made makeup brushes for $300 and compared them to brands like Artis and Kevin Acoin of similar pricing, but wayyyyy lesser than quality. Cash grab for sure. I cant say im disappointed or surprised though when celebs do this. Here's hoping her crazy fans can get real and admit this was nota good look
Hmmm....it doesn't seem like cheap product at all. Its doesn't seem to me that its for African American hair to be worn natural. And that's cool. I like Cecred!
@@cautrey8925 Exactly. Me too. I can't wait to get my Design Essentials Amino Acid STS system which keeps your hair natural but straightens your 4C curls out and makes it easier to use heat without breakange and the energy it takes to straighten it. Then I'm going to try Cećred. Looking forward to it. 😁
The first shampoo usually is the one that gets out the dirt, oils and build up so the first shampoo isn’t always going to lather that much. That’s why you do more than one. Also instead of using all of that shampoo, if you wet your hair more you would have been able to work with the amount of shampoo you already had in your hair.
Hi Brittany, I was waiting for you. So I got all the products. And I am extremely underwhelmed. I am a B fan, been to the OTR II + Renaissance and have my cowboy carter box set on pre-order. -I enjoyed the clarifying shampoo, it’s kinda hard to go wrong with those. -The Hydrating shampoo didn’t do it for me. My hair felt dry, didn’t feel comfy finger detailing much less using my unbrush. -The fermented rice + rose water… I couldn’t tell if it worked or not, so I can’t really give an opinion. -The deep conditioner sat on top of my hair, I did the 30 mins as instructed w/ heat and when I rinsed it out, my hair felt dry. *sigh* -The moisture sealing lotion… after that long wash day, I couldn’t trust that the lotion would moisturize my hair. So I used my C.R.E.A.M twisting cream from The Doux + wetline Xtreme gel. -The oil… well, it’s an oil. Not too heavy, which is great. But nothing special. I’ve used much better non stripping and hydrating shampoo (Melanin + Donna’s Recipe). I’ve used WAAAAAAAY better deep conditioners (Ariana Almira) that absorb into my hair, to the point where I have to remember that I already did that section and that’s why it’s so soft. Like it disappears into my hair. As a fan, I wanted to love it. But as a natural that has been through trials and tribulation with my hair for almost two decades, I knew that this wouldn’t be for me. They didn’t even have my hairstyle in the online hair quiz, only locs/color-treated/relaxed 😩 Lastly, I’ll definitely try the products again, but I won’t be purchasing any of them again. Beautiful gowns (packaging). Beautiful gowns.
OK! SO I HAVE CONSISTENTLY BEEN USING CÉCRED EACH WEEK SINCE THIS POST. I have to eat crow. My hair not only retains moisture, it is full, it’s shiny and I absolutely love the products. The oil is a staple and I placed an order for more deep condish + moisture sealing lotion. On initial application in the shower, it doesn’t feel like it’s working, but the proof is in the pudding. When my hair is dry and styled, it’s beautiful, bouncing, hydrated, shiny and strong. I absolutely love the line y’all. Get your credit card and buy the entire line. Purr.
@@Raquel986I love Donna’s recipe! I use their conditioner to detangle before I shampoo. It’s so hydrating. The Cécred deep conditioner is great. I can’t wait to try their upcoming hydrating conditioner. I’d encourage anyone to buy the entire line to truly see the effects.
This hair care line isn’t geared towards natural hair. It’s also ok for someone to not like the products. Some people tried Brittany’s hair care products and didn’t like it lol. There are countless honest reviews saying that do like either all or some of the products. If you’re not buying Olaplex and higher end salon products, this line isn’t for you. Two things can be true. Why are we in the comments arguing over an opinion? 🤔
First off I can tell that you are extremely knowledgeable about formulating hair care products. Two, there is no need to apologize for your honest review of the products...ain't nobody scared of the beehive. Three, I don't understand for the life of me why people think that Beyonce putting her name on a product guarantees it's success....it does not. Lastly, I'm not buying any haircare products from someone that's always got a wig slapped on.
I don’t understand how people can be so hurt over someone else’s feelings towards anything. Freedom of EVERYTHING. Just leave and go waist your money on Beyonce products
I’m sick of the Beyonce worship. Her fans have zero objectivity. I appreciate the honest review. We can’t believe Kelly or any other celebrity or high-profile hair stylists’ reviews because they will always kiss Beyoncé’s ass. So again, thank you for your honest and unfiltered review!!
Sit down. It's not worship. She don't bother nobody but ppl can't wait to speak bad on her. She's unproblematic. It's ppl like ya'll that will give a pass to all the Chriseans and a sexy red type but harsh on somebody who doesn't bother anyone. I said what I said.
Thank you for your honest review Brittany! I've got fine, highly textured curly and coily natural hair. I'd still like to try the line but I'm grateful for hearing and learning of your experience because I now have an idea of what I may experience. Please keep bringing us your most honest and truthful perspective. We deeply appreciate it! 💛
Don't get me wrong, I am a Beyonce fan. However, I was not paying that uptick price, not that I couldn't, but my spirit would not allow me to. Now, I am waiting for your full line to drop.
I'm hive and it wasn't the price that was negative for me personally but the fact it's not specifically catered to black hair. All brands I use now are specifically marketed to black hair. When this line was announced they made a POINT to say it was for ALL hair types..... Those product lines have neverrr worked for me. So not shocked, I've found we really do need hair products formulated specifically for our hair like??
Brittany, you're one of the only UA-camrs I trust with hair stuff so I was waiting for your review. I wondered if this was for the 4 girlies. Thank you for your honest review. We love you! ❤
You were honest and your opinions are valid. I agree with the Tina passion product comments. You have the people that will buy a product based on an attached name, and those who buy a product based on a honest review. 🙂
Congratulations on passing 500k subscribers, Brittany Rose🥳🥳🥳! Yes, I definitely agree that no single product/hair care line can cover all hair types & needs, Too bad about the wasted time, effort, energy & money☹. Being an early adopter can suck at times. Well, now that I've heard your opinion & those of a few others, I'll be sticking to my regular products & DIYs...
Beyonce literally said in Essence, that every person needs personalized hair care, but then contradicted herself and said the product line was for everyone. 🤷🏾♀️ I also notice, if the creator of a hair care line has hair other than Type 4, it usually doesn't work for kinky curly types. Just my opinion. I subbed. I love your content.
Yes definitely. I like to see the creator to know if it’s for my short 4 type fine hair. I know that with the first run of pattern beauty that was very much the case.
I believe she meant that the range is universal but you can then use the different products within the range to personalise your own regimen. And black women definitely do not need to have the same hair type as a creator, given the success of Aussie, Tresemme and Giovanni in the black hair care community.
Also the price is about what you would pay for Briegeo. Do y’all ask other people to be relatable or see their hair? Pantene? Oplax? Bregeo? Pattern? Etc…..
It’s an honest review. Everyone wants their hair to look and feel the way THEY want. Everyone’s looks for different things in certain products you guys can’t be upset about her honest review.
Girl I'm not finna waste my money on no damn Beyonce products especially when I've never really seen her wearing her own natural hair or give us tips Now you're product's I've been watching you since you've started and you're business is about nothing but the upmost care for us and our hair and I respect your opinion🔥✨✨ Definitely finna shop with you cuz you know wtf your talking about!!!
You’ve been seeing her real hair for years. Lol. It just looks so good that people assumed it was fake. That still doesn’t mean it will work for others who are not color treated and heat trained like Beyoncé is
Hey ladies I accidentally bought a travel size of Pantene mousse, I thought it was hairspray. Anyway, I started using the Pantene foam over my Bumble and Bumble curly foam. Life changing!! My hair is shinier, has more volume, and I am saving hella money. Sick of paying for overpriced products that work the same as chain store products.
First, congrats on 500K! Well deserved. Thanks for the thorough and extremely honest review. At those prices, with definitely tight 4c hair, this is not for me, so thanks for the heads up 😎
It's crazy to me that anyone would wash their hair with shampoo every day. It strips the hair of natural oils and I think it's marketing that makes people think they gotta shampoo on a regular basis. Once or twice a week is plenty if you don't have any additional concerns about your hair or scalp. ❤
Great review. Bought the same Cecred products and I have locs, so I co-sign the disappointment with the white ash residue. I view it as an anti frizz shampoo/conditioning line because I have less fly aways - as does my mom who flat irons her hair. For straight styling (blow outs/silk press), it’s excellent but this line is NOT for wash and go - AT ALL. Also want to note that the shampoo is designed to prevent overuse. Only a small amount with water will lather all your hair.
Bey has sandy brown curly hair that’s down her back. It’s not bleached blonde. It’s highlights. Which she can do easily bc her hair is sandy. So hush lol hater.
I love the fact that you gave an honest opinion on your use of the product as you was using it. As a professionally trained and experienced hair stylist, I was able to see why there is so much discord within the beauty community as a whole. From just the research on the product it's catered to the professionals and backed by science. Which then creates an issue with those that are less professionally trained on products and more self or trend taught. There was sooo much that was missing in the process that would have caused the mixed review that caused your opinion, which is very normal. When products aren't used, how they were designed to be used 9xs out of 10, the outcome will be off. Everyone should experience any product personally before forming a sound decision or being negative to someone else's experience based off what they personally have done.
So what are you saying, asking honestly to understand. Are you saying her experience and review with the product would have been different if she were professionally trained? If so, what would have been done differently? Thanks.
@norawilburne6188 What I am saying is I liked that she gave the review based on her own personal experience and knowledge on the product itself, and using it as a guide to how she would then or have formulated in the past and will in the future. Lastly, but not least her experience and review, of course, would be different if she was professionally trained and / or had more product knowledge in general. Im not here to debate about what or how she did it simply acknowledging that her experience should and review based on that alone shouldn't be attacked. Because each and every person that will or won't choose to use it should be based on their research and experience and not down playing her experience through her own lens. Im not here to give a lesson on how I would have addressed using this product in any sense I'm her to support a young lady that is bold enough to have create her own lane the way it works for her and support her in that alone.
Thank you for reviewing these products & being absolutely honest about it. I appreciate influencers like you who actually want to help us grow our hair & not spend time effort & money on products that are only 5/10! Great review. Also i keep hearing about this shampoo you are coming out with & i seen you testing deep conditioners! Girl im excited! Release them already 😂
And I came to YOU because I KNEW you would be ABSOLUTELY honest. Thank you sis. Keep shining and being TRUTHFUL no matter the pressure. I have been following you for years now, and I trust you to stand on principle. Bless you sis!
Thank you for your honest and detailed review. I personally was not even interested in her products but i have been watching others' reviews on them and i feel like just because is Beyonce everyone is giving a5 star rating. It's ok not to like her products, and that price is too high to not be exceptional. I also agree that the brand is trying to include every hair type but that doesn't make sense. One size does not fit all -- different hair types need different things. Side note- I bought your oil and hair butter, and used it in my hair 2 weeks ago and my twists are STILL moisturized. I would much rather buy 2 more hair butters from your line, because they are affordable but more importantly THEY WORK.
Just because she didn’t like it doesn’t make her honest. And just because someone loved it doesn’t make them dishonest….but that’s the feeling I get from the comments. Everything doesn’t work for everyone.
@@p0kepix3lsOR they would welcome the criticism and attention from the fans because it boosts engagement numbers.. negativity always results in controversy which makes revenue I.E - views go up.. that’s why on blog comments ppl spout out nonsensical negative attacks because it attracts attention.
Was never interested in this line personally, not surprised it didn’t give. Tfs your honest opinion 😊. I would love to see you try Nature’s Little Secret and She Scent It. They’re my fav brands and I believe you’ll like them a lot!
thanks for the review! i think your the first person (who's opinion i trust at least) that didnt really enjoy any of the products they bought. I dont find the price point that bad tbh, it's within the same range as Adwoa beauty ( which is black owned! and they kinda have the same-ish image too, with cecred being a lil more stylist/scienc-y in their approach) whom i've used for a while now (i love everything except their shampoos, they're fine, but just too gentle for my styling product choices which are very thick these days, it's great for when I use very light products however). I still plan on getting cecred esp cuz im in the market for a new clarifying and moisturizing shampoo, but i'll def be getting the kits to try the products instead of spending good money on the full sizes. I'm also curious on what styling products they'll release in the future, i'm sure they're hearing a lot of the reviews. The deep conditioner seems to get the most mixed opinions i've seen from us🤚🏿, but i feel like i've heard a pretty decent amount of opinions that are relatively positive from the rest of the line so i wouldnt mind trying it. I just want to wait and see everyone's opinions first. ALSO, tbh idt its impossible for a brand that works for both straight and kinky hair. I'm 4c with very coarse hair, and I've found that a lot of popular and high end straight hair brands work just as well for me as natural-focused brands. I just prefer supporting my own people in the end, so i don't buy them very often. but im glad you gave your honest feelings about the brand btw for curl maker, tbh i didnt care for it. like it actually held my hair pretty decently from a visual pov, especially if i didnt use a leave in conditioner (it's a lot better without leave in). but it's very easy for it to start flaking. when you use it by itself, it's less likely to make huge visible flakes, but it does still start giving me tiny flakes for me maybe 3-4 days later i tried to work with it for a good 9 months? but i hated having to choose between flakes and dryness, when neither are good options, so i'll never be buying it again personally miss camille needs to add more travel sizes to her site cuz now im on the fence for the whole brand
Thank you for your honest review. Most if not all Cecred reviews I've seen are hard to trust because it's so clearly obvious that the UA-camr is only praising the line because they're a beyonce fan, or because they got the products for free so they don't want to say anything negative about it in fear that they won't get more free stuff in the future from the brand, or because they want the cecred instagram page to dedicate a reel to them, or all of the above. The only two products that people seem to be consistently raving about are the two shampoos, but for the price, I need to be wowed by more than just the shampoos from the whole entire haircare line! People keep comparing the prices to the high end lines out there (Olapex, K18, etc.), but what people neglect to mention is that those lines offer more product, and they have a return policy for when/if as a consumer you don't like it or rightfully deserve your money back. Cecred's ALL SALES ARE FINAL/NO RETURNS policy, while it's their prerogative, is just unethical for a haircare line.
And she's not really being honest because really this is her mother's hair care line and they just using Beyonce's name to market it because her mother is the professional hair stylist and this has been her dream so they know that saying that it's Beyonce's lying people are going to buy it because they love Beyonce so much and they hope that they will get the same branding success like Rihanna does because none of Beyonce's past business ventures have been that successful
it will be interesting to see long term how this new venture turns out. House of Dereon, Ivy Park.and Adidas flopped. Her products are way over priced. Her fans are not wealthy people. just because her name is attached to the high price doesn't mean its great. I will say House of Dereon I liked the jeans, that was the only thing.
And yet most still gave honest reviews even though they were excited to be seen. Nothing is cringe about influencers being recognized for being influencers like that’s goals for them.
@@samiamperry2616 You’re correct, there is nothing wrong with being seen… *when it is genuine*. My point, ma’am, is that influencers *overreact to products* and use click bait like *Beyonce sent this to me* IN ORDER TO BE SEEN. A product that was bought OR sent from a *marketing team* does not mean that Beyonce single handedly sent anything to anyone… she’s too busy for that. Shera Seven loved this product and it worked like magic in her hair, maybe this products isn’t great for your hair type but it’s magic for other people ❤
I get so sad when people have to apologize or whatever for honest opinions. I'm a Beyonce girlie, but even I haven't bought this hair stuff. It seems like normal hair stuff, slightly better obviously, but not the miracle some people are trying to make it seem like. Everyone with kinkier hair, I've seen review it are not giving great reviews, so it's not a buy for me, no matter who has a name on it. Y'all got to stop letting celebs just sell y'all anything, lol.
It sounds like cecred hair products are made for high porosity hair. If products are turning white and sitting on your hair, then you have low porosity hair. This is why you have build-up after applying the products. This was a good, honest review!!
I definitely don't have your curl pattern but I appreciate this video so much. It's amazing for me to see how uniquely different each curl type is, makes me appreciate when companies make products to catered to each curl pattern so much more!
Thank you so much for your review. You have very full, natural hair that people purchase! I was wondering about this product & now I know not to waste my money!! 💁🏽♀️
Girl I knew you'd tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the blood pink truth.

Yes. You gotta carefully and meticulously work the product in.

*sigh*
-The moisture sealing lotion… after that long wash day, I couldn’t trust that the lotion would moisturize my hair.
They didn’t even have my hairstyle in the online hair quiz, only locs/color-treated/relaxed 😩
Lastly, I’ll definitely try the products again, but I won’t be purchasing any of them again. Beautiful gowns (packaging). Beautiful gowns.

@@hevxhev- then why do black women love Aussie, Tresemme and Giovanni so much?
I like her honesty. Let’s protect her at all cost ❤
Finally a real review! ❤Thank you for not folding!
Beyonce literally said in Essence, that every person needs personalized hair care, but then contradicted herself and said the product line was for everyone. 🤷🏾♀️
I also notice, if the creator of a hair care line has hair other than Type 4, it usually doesn't work for kinky curly types.
Again it’s not about price but knowing your hair type and understanding what products are made for your hair type ✨
Girl I'm not finna waste my money on no damn Beyonce products especially when I've never really seen her wearing her own natural hair or give us tips
Now you're product's I've been watching you since you've started and you're business is about nothing but the upmost care for us and our hair and I respect your opinion🔥✨✨
Definitely finna shop with you cuz you know wtf your talking about!!!
You hit the hammer on the nail with this review! 👏🏾💯
Thank you!
😊Thank you for your honesty. Stay true to yourself despite what others may feel.
Beyoncé probably doesn’t know her natural hair’s texture because it’s bleached blonde and that switches up your texture. Beyoncé appears to be 3b
This is a huge and kind of stupid assumption to make lol
Beyoncé has type 3c-4b hair, her hair isn’t that much different from her sister’s.
@@esmestephens1999no it’s not and I don’t know why y’all want Bey to be nappy so bad. Her hair is not nappy.
Bey has sandy brown curly hair that’s down her back. It’s not bleached blonde. It’s highlights. Which she can do easily bc her hair is sandy. So hush lol hater.
@@Sunshinestarryrose3a 4a looks different on everyone. Some of the curlies are that lol and using the word nappy you lost the whole argument goofball.
Thank you for your honesty! I agree that when it comes to hair care one size DOES NOT FIT ALL!😊
Thank you for reviewing these products & being absolutely honest about it.
She actually got the idea for the packaging from a skincare company TWYG. She didn’t give credit though.
Thanks for pointing it out. Just checked it. O boyy
Umm, that woman is always stealing something, hairstyles, dances etc ever since she's been singing. So unoriginal
I just looked it up 🫣. Welp I guess her team was inspired for sure 😅. It is a pretty shape.
I would much rather buy 2 more hair butters from your line, because they are affordable but more importantly
THEY WORK.
I love the honesty❤ couldn’t have reviewed better
Just because she didn’t like it doesn’t make her honest. And just because someone loved it doesn’t make them dishonest….but that’s the feeling I get from the comments. Everything doesn’t work for everyone.
I was honest. Period.
Thank you!
@@Lovelyone1but most ppl would be scared to say it doesn’t work cuz the Beyoncé stans will come and attack
Thanks for you honesty, natural hair is different and needs different products ❤
thanks for the review! i think your the first person (who's opinion i trust at least) that didnt really enjoy any of the products they bought.
I just prefer supporting my own people in the end, so i don't buy them very often. but im glad you gave your honest feelings about the brand
btw for curl maker, tbh i didnt care for it. like it actually held my hair pretty decently from a visual pov, especially if i didnt use a leave in conditioner (it's a lot better without leave in). but it's very easy for it to start flaking. when you use it by itself, it's less likely to make huge visible flakes, but it does still start giving me tiny flakes for me maybe 3-4 days later i tried to work with it for a good 9 months? but i hated having to choose between flakes and dryness, when neither are good options, so i'll never be buying it again personally miss camille needs to add more travel sizes to her site cuz now im on the fence for the whole brand
You wrote a whole paragraph like anyone gonna read it. Just keep it short and straight to the point
um ok, i can't tell if ur trying to be rude. but i just wrote my thoughts out about the video, u dont have to read it i u don't want to 💗
Thank you for your honest review.
Her product lines never last long
I'm so glad that SOMEONE is giving an honest review. Shout out to you, you're the influencers we NEED! xx
So glad you’re not one of those influencers that over react to products and say things like “Beyoncé sent this to me 😱”.
Yes it's super cringe.
Next time, take a deep breath before you emotionally react to a comment you see online.
Especially if the comment had nothing to do with you in the first place. That is cringe as well.
@@briaemerald1492The person didn’t emotionally react to your comment though? They were just sharing their perspective on why they don’t believe it’s cringe. Influencers definitely know it’s Beyoncé’s marketing team that sent the products it’s just a fun saying 🤷
I agree! Aussie & Argan oil does way more than this line…I’m going to use it all out and never again
Thanks for saving me $68+. I was about to order, but I just couldn't push "Purchase" until I read some reviews.
And it’s final sale too, which is sketch.
First time I've seen your channel, and you are giving me Brianna on the One on One sitcom.
I totally understand what you’re saying about products geared for all hair types missing the mark for us type 4 girls. I also appreciate your honest reviews no matter whose product it is.
Keep it going girl!!
Then why do black women love Aussie, Tresemme and Giovanni so much?
@@djlivvy46 I use or used these products for cleansing or detangling but not as a staple. I’m not sure why others used them.
Congratulations on 1/2 Million 🎉🎉🎉. Loved your honest review without bashing! Keep your transparency, this will keep you excelling throughout your journey! 1 Million here we come!
I have no intention of buying this product but I'm so glad you mentioned the Shea Moisture Manukka Honey products. I've been using it for years and I love it. Super moisturizing!
people should not be attacking you for speaking your mind you only spoke the truth and we love you for that those who want to attack obviously don't know that what makes a good product is not a celebrity but the quality having a celebrity make the product is not what makes it good a face does nothing, but quality does a lot congrats on half a million of subscribers girl
Exactly. With all the protein in it, I don’t think low porosity folks will get their money’s worth.
I definitely don't have your curl pattern but I appreciate this video so much. It's amazing for me to see how uniquely different each curl type is, makes me appreciate when companies make products to catered to each curl pattern so much more!
This is the best thorough, unbiased, and authentic review I’ve seen on Cecred.
Thank you so much for your review. You have very full, natural hair that people purchase! I was wondering about this product & now I know not to waste my money!! 💁🏽♀️
