the fact that you can be either a hero, a navy soldier, a criminal or an assassin and more is a great step up from WOM, instead of being just good and bad you can have many other options to choose from
The only thing I hope is that criminals won’t be prevented from entering certain areas. Keeping reputation up can be a hassle and sometimes you just feel like murdering anyone in your path whether it’s other criminals or the grand navy 😁
I wish that if you get a high enough rank in the navy/evil organization you can start to command other navy ships and control a fleet that follows you (With balancing and lag optimizations included of course)
That would be very difficult tbh, the game is lag enough, imagine a fleet of ships started to bombard you and players started to attack you, it would be a total chaos for you and your computer lol
That would be horrible for new players. New players have it hard enough with griefers but having a buncha ships attack you even when ur a hero is a nightmare.
uhhh it all really depends because the minimum is a variable, if the lowest rep legendary hero has exactly 99,999 reputation then 100k will be the requirement to be a legendary hero but the value wont ever go down so thats going to be a short most likely unrecorded moment in time where the prerequisite for legendary hero will surpass 100,000 and probably never be 100,000 again. idk why im even saying this you probably already know but uh if you didnt your welcome i guess.
i just one one thing for arcane odyssey. the ability to transfer items to other save files on the same account without having to do alt trading. it will be so helpful since there gonna be a heavy emphasis on different builds, and since want to have multiple save files, i want to make it easier to progress.

gravy players needs a punishment if they get killed by a person with a contract or bounty its just not fair since having bad rep jails you for 10 minutes while dying the same way as the gravy just respanws you at silverhold
having negative rep is the same as being neutral because you can still kill anyone but if your positive rep you cant kill grand navy without losing your rep most likely, but if you have negative rep the grand navy is gonna be after you.
Hi, does anyone know how to get a good reputation after you've become a criminal? I've tried killing wanted criminals and those ice smugglers but it just increases my bounty. When I try to reset my notoriety it says that I don't have any, but the navy members still attack me. Am I doing something wrong?
I think there are ways to reset your bounty, but bounty and notoriety are separate stats, from what I know. Bounty is your long term reputation/renown while notoriety is a temporary state to scale against what you've done in the short term. At least, that's what I think is the case. Haven't delved into negative rep yet so idk these things for sure

If I unlock a 2nd magic, will I be greeted with a menu that allows me to pick from one of the base magic types, or can I only get the lost/ancient ones through scrolls? And if I am able to pick from the base magics, can I somehow change what type of magics I have, or am I just stuck with them forever?
Well I'm pretty sure you gain a sort of menu to select another magic that you can choose from the start, like back in Arcane Adventures. And yes, I'm also pretty sure that you can only get Lost/Ancient Magic through scrolls, along with the Lost Spells and stuff. And for the last one. I think you are stuck with them, but I'm not sure. I'm sorry if I'm somehow wrong, It's what I've seen from my eyes so far.
You’re a moderator, do you know when its releasing? Also, are the crewmen on the ship able to respawn? Are they permanent? Do they actually attack enemies boarding your ship or shooting at you with random magic?
Only knack I have for the game is just the character models I just wish they were blocky it would give such a 2016 esthetic. Such nostalgic feeling and you can make it look even better with good models for clothes. I think I speak for everyone when I say it would just look way better with the current models.

The game has no spins for magic and you can select whatever one you want from a selection of starter magics, and you can get rarer ones from scrolls found in rare chests later on in the game

You do have 3 slots in total, so I'd say go for it and experiment with more specialized builds.

I found out how to clear your bounty, somewhere on the map there is a marine base, just go in there and let the marines kill you and then ur good
