Looks like this neighborhood is about 1 mile from the beach? Are those rent costs for long term only? Many hoops to jump through for renting a place like that?
Yes, beach is not close by, about 15 min drive and rent is for long term only. But to rent the place is easy, bring your cash , sign the lease ( check if everything works fine in your apartment before you sign) , and done ✅

Is that even doable? Again I love children and I used to own a resort babysitting service that service Pebble Beach etc etc but my circumstances are modest and now and I will be without a car so I need to be conveniently located. Many options are here for medical insurance, all depends how much coverage you want to have and your personal state of health. Thank you for an idea for upcoming videos:) cheers
Where is this in regards to old town Puerto Vallarta? Down by the airport, or towards Mismaloya? It looks just like the Vallarta I stayed in in the late '80s :)
I wrote a post that I guess was deleted about the lack of realistic and or misleading content mostly I think from a lack of research. I've noticed often that's the case with UA-camrs here in Mexico. With the gentrification of the cities and towns soon the local Mexicans won't have a place to live to serve the people coming from other countries. I feel sad about that.
The yes you can is just the simple answer. If it's leased on payments, or registered to someone else you may not be able to without the written permission of the lien holder, leasing company or have the registered owner of the vehicle with you. While even this isn't the complete answer it's more factual. You will also need Mexican insurance as well before entering Mexico.
Hi Larissa, I just love all of your videos. Can I ask you a question? Have you heard much about covid passports there? I am hoping Mexico will not follow suit....one can wish, right?
Hi @eyesea, thank you very much for your kind comments and watching my videos 😊 no one knows what the furniture holds and different states here in Mexico respond differently. What I can say is that in my opinion, health passports would be much harder to introduce here because PV area is mainly a cash society. Also, the president gave a speech a couple of months ago where he said Mexico will not be following some of the Western countries. Hope this answers your question 😊

Fantastic video!! And you are so photogenic should be getting a comission from The Tourism Board there ;-) Very informative. I hope you don't mind me asking a question. Are there any properties perhaps outside the immediate scity of Puerta V. ? Are there any reputable or as reputable as possible companies that can handle everything for you. Visa, housing etc. ? Thanks so much and jkeep up the great work on your videos.
Thank you Thom for your complement:)). I have a trusted realtor who can help you to buy a property in PV and areas around. Also I have separate contact who helps with visas. Contact my by email larissasokla and we go from there.
PS, I'm going to be fabulous too!

And u dont have to retire!! I have a great online US sales job! Get outta that terrible US!!!

Hello Larissa,
Do you have a private health coverage in P.V. ? If so, which one , how much is it per month and what is covered?
Thank you so much! You got a fan here… watch all your videos, I enjoy them very much.
Thank you Debbie for following my channel:) I don’t have any health insurance here, I am very fit and healthy but in case of the accident I am looking for private insurance now , I might do a video about it. Thank you for your question :)
Have you been to Huatulco? We are visiting there next week. Looks beautiful but does seem a lot more expensive than where you are.
Hola Michael. I have a friend who lives in Huatulco and I am planning on visiting it in December. My friend showed me many pictures and it’s beautiful:) Have a good trip and let me know how did you like it .
I would LOVE to move there but I'm constantly told by everyone not to because I am a single female and it would be dangerous. I'm getting tired of having my bubble burst but sometimes I don't think things thru so I listen. Also, I'm having a tough time learning Spanish...but I'm trying.
Hola Maddie i know how you feel about travelling by yourself. Prior to coming to PV Mexico I travelled a lot all by myself. I was nervous for the first time , but with the experience I got confident and had no problem at all. I actually love travel on my own . Here in PV you wouldn’t be alone. Many many expats live here, also it’s easier to learn Spanish when you live in the Spanish speaking country. Join my private Facebook group to connect with friends, people who live here and are coming here soon. Contact me by email larissasokla@gmail.com and I will send you the link. Thank you for watching my UA-cam channel Maddie 😊
Clearly you are single where you are now....
What is APTI?
Can I get cheap rent from January thru April?
larissa, where is this apartment for $275 a month i need one urgently
Wow Larissa! This video couldn't happen to be at the perfect time like that. As you probably already know that trudeau said that if we want to travel without f......g vax passport, you'll have until Nov 30 to do so, so, I was expecting to go this spring, but no way, I'll leave around that date, would you have, please, some of the link you know in order to find that kind of deal?
I love your informative videos, thank for your help!
Good for you Denis , you made your decision to come here, awesome! Contact me by my email larissasokla@gmail.com and we go from there. Thanks for watching my UA-cam channel:)
Rent seems super cheap for what you get 😊👍
This street doesn’t look like Pitillal? May be it’s not on the bus route. Or may be I missed it.
Can you email those owner in order to rent in Puerto Vallarta? I found places by chance.
I don’t have one for next winter. Any advice?
Hola Marielle It is an el Pitillal
To find a place to rent use my tips, go to Facebook market place and look for the place and neighborhood you like :) Thanks for watching my UA-cam channel 😊
Loved this and your other videos. Assuming all USD even though you’re Canadian Also what neighborhood plse?
It called el Pitillal
@@LarissaSokla thanks so much
Hi larissa where exactly at Vallarta is this place. I been in nuevo Vallarta also sallulita
Hi Ana , this place is at El Pitillal
What is the name of this colonia
Sad most Mexican veggies shown here are cheaper here in the US than they are there for locals. Rents and everything else is amazing priced though!
Are you factoring in that it's per kg ? Here in Canada Roma tomatoes are 4.39/kg. She said 50 cents. Wow!
A bag of those same tomato's here is 90 cents. Bag has 5 in it. I'm sure other things aren't that way but it's known they ship things here in bulk cheaper than sold where grown
excellent, as usual. Is there a person to contact in PV to help select a 3 month rental, say FEB-APRil? buen dia, Larissa. tom
Hola Tommy. Contact me by email larissasokla@gmail.com and I will connect you with one of my trusted realtors.
Do they have unlimited plans for phone service
Yes , of course
I love that accent
Looks like this neighborhood is about 1 mile from the beach? Are those rent costs for long term only? Many hoops to jump through for renting a place like that?
Yes, beach is not close by, about 15 min drive and rent is for long term only. But to rent the place is easy, bring your cash , sign the lease ( check if everything works fine in your apartment before you sign) , and done ✅
@@LarissaSokla Are there any month to month rentals without having to sign a lease?
@@LarissaSokla Do the require an aval to rent or lesse?
How to find a house or agent?I will fly to next week, thank you
Facebook market place rental PV . You can find a place to rent and connect with realtor .
@@LarissaSokla
Thanks.
by the way, what's the best mobile service provider in your place?
US $275 rent for a month with swimming pool ?, difficult to believe
Yes, swimming pool and warm weather all year around !!! Thanks for watching my video:))
I need your help more than you could ever know. Unless I am hooked up with some major chain hotels that deal with a lot of English Speakers which is what I've done half of my lifetime, Resort sitting.
I'm a quick study and I plan to learn Spanish much more fluently, but I need just the studio it's just me no pets it can be modest as long as it's clean and I'm allowed to bring in a comfortable mattress that will be great - I was hoping for a basic studio in town for no more than $450. Is that even doable? Again I love children and I used to own a resort babysitting service that service Pebble Beach etc etc but my circumstances are modest and now and I will be without a car so I need to be conveniently located. Can you help me at all?
Please.
Hola Mercedes contact me by email larissasokla@gmail.com and we go from there:)
Actually you left out health ins, transportation, etc,. So it would hardly be 700
If you add medical insurance and public transportation it would bring you to around $800 a month , still under $1000
Greetings from Vienna,Austria! I will be coming in November to Puerto. Can we meet and do you offer assistance to relocate to Mexico? Reinhard
Hola Reinhard good to hear you are coming to PV :) Yes, I do help people to move to PV Mexico. Contact me by email larissasokla@gmail.com
Don't rely on UA-camrs who have only been in Mexico for seven months or so for advice. Free advice is one thing but relocating to another country can be a challenge. Fortunately, Mexico is one of the easier countries to relocate to.
Where exactly is that apartment? What area?
El Pitillal
Is that $700 USD?
Yes, everything I am talking about in USD
Do you have to be vaxx to live there
No, you don’t
We have an options here!!!!
@@LarissaSokla but not in Canada anymore. Without vax no travel, to many restrictions, nothing allowed you live like in jail .
Hi Larissa! Good job. Do you speak Russian? You have a Russian name.Thank you.
Yes, I do . Born and raised in Moscow. Thank you Will for watching my UA-cam channel 😊
I have an video about emergency treatment, here is the link to watch it ua-cam.com/video/UGC2kqxaPVs/v-deo.html
Medical service here is amazing, fast compared to Canada and very affordable . Many medications you can buy here without prescription and much cheaper than in US and Canada. Blood test with more than 40 bio markers cost about $80 .
I feel sad about that.
time to move
Shameless, the local economy and customs will be forever changed (for the worse) for the locals when all your new clients move and invest in the area.
I don’t think so. We support the economy here , and the locals have more jobs , we pay them good money.
@@LarissaSokla GENTRIFICATION
Can you bring a car down
Yes, you can
The yes you can is just the simple answer. If it's leased on payments, or registered to someone else you may not be able to without the written permission of the lien holder, leasing company or have the registered owner of the vehicle with you. While even this isn't the complete answer it's more factual. You will also need Mexican insurance as well before entering Mexico.
Wow! So cheap!
It was an amazing deal! And such a great neighbourhood 😊thank you for watching
it is surviving ......not living ...!!!
@@LarissaSokla That is wonderful, you are a real doll! Thanks Larissa!
