I think there is a good job for someone here to get all the stats with all details like AC, prices and so on also be the go between the owners and tenants as I can see its hard to get information sometimes whereas a full time person could hold hand and help get the job done quickly so we can get on the beach! You are fabulous girl! Doing a fantastic job for us!

Produce and restaurants are soooo affordable, I pay much more for food and eating out in Nuevo Vallarta.El Pitillal is not close to the beach, about 15-20 min drive , but the place have a nice pool. So if you like more lay back, relaxing life and be away from many tourists this area is for you . 😊
Yes, the ol' walking around and asking the locals technique. A great source when doing this is asking mobile street vendors, the type that ride around neighborhoods on three-wheel delivery bicycles, selling things like water and propane door-to-door. They know who has rooms or apartments available. It's worked for me in the past. To be fair, this does take a bit of Spanish...

I’ve heard of names of areas such as, “Golden Zone”, “Romantic Zone” etc etc. 1. Where exactly are these Zones and 2. Whom do they attract? For example, the youthful single nightlife crowd? The mature retired crowd? The family with small children crowd? This kind of information would help me find “my tribe”. BTW, I liked #5 the best because of the grass, which would make it convenient to have a pet dog. To find a place like #5 with a beach view would be ideal, but I don’t want to be greedy 😉.

All I see on UA-cam channels about PV are condos, they all seem to be fully furnished. Are there places for people who do not like condos, and want to furnish the space themselves?

Hello Larissa, do you know what the rental markets are right now for 1-year rentals? I am coming down last minute in 2 weeks time. I am looking for a 1 bedroom cat-friendly place that has security. I am noise sensitive though and have a hard time in PV, Bucerias etc finding a place. Usually gringo areas as they are more quiet. Any suggestions on quiet locations that have greenery and are safe for my cats to go outside(no busy roads)? My budget is $1000 USD. Is your daughter in real estate there?

For Budget: Unit #4 - Stunning views! Luxury (in Canada this price would be very low): Unit #5 is really nice but 40 minutes from the beach?

Wifi is about $35, for water I am using 4x20 gallon bottles a month for
