in oregon, you don’t even get ticketed. obviously you can’t drive and being under the influence of anything but if you have a tiny blunt like that in your car with you, they can’t do anything about it. it’s fully legal here if you’re over 21

There have been studies done, especially in the Netherlands that show pretty clearly that weed doesn’t impair like alcohol does. I’ve been in the car with the driver smoking, never felt unsafe while I almost put my gun to the back of my friends head when he refused to pull over after drinking.
