After watching this video I became relieved cos I never experienced this in my 1st pregnancy but with this one totally different the pain I fill when I walk is crazy
Interestingly, A lot of women experience pain in their SI joints after pregnancy due to the loosening. Its important to note that these changes may appear permanent, they dont have to be. With excersize and core workouts you can regain that tightness in your pelvic floor that you originally had before pregnancy, helping your strength and reducing pain, while restoring your original shape as well.
No wonder he almost escaped on his own... when he nurse got to me his head were out already and I didn't feel ntn... was just very uncomfortable and mind you it was all natural

good luck ever having those pelvic floor muscles tighten back up. think about how people who lose alot of weight have saggy skin. pelvic floor damage is awful.

Really? You think this is the best design a god could come up with for women to give birth with? Not even close.

Yeah amazing that's why women who had kids and up breaking the hips as the age
its because they were unhealthy to begin with...weak bones= no exercise, poor diet, smoking, etc. Kids have nothing to do with it
