Yes absolutely. Highly recommend to turn in bed using a "log roll" strategy (shoulders and hips are all moving at the same time and aligned with each other - rather than having your hips leading and shoulders following), and also have something in between your legs while you roll to keep your legs parallel (ex: thick pillow - not a thin one!).
Please see a chiropractor ASAP. I have the same pain and I'm 7 months pregnant. No amount of exercises helped. I just went to a chiropractor and she said she could have helped more had i come to her earlier
