Hotel California Solo Lesson - Eventide H9 harmonizer - one of the best guitar solo ever!

Hi everyone!
My name is Luca, I'm from Italy and I'm a guitar player.
In this video i wanted to talk about how helpful would be having an Eventide H9 for playing this masterpiece of electric guitar solo.
I used an expression pedal to control the scale the H9 would harmonize, since in this solo you have to switch 3 different scales:
natural minor, dorian and harmonic minor!
I'm sure you can use a midi controller, my solution is a little bit tricky but it works!
