- Db Killer removal since on the Euro Norm 5 its ''fixed and not removeable'' i made this video to show you how you can DIY. Bolt under the carbon cape is welded so you can also drill the bolt if you dont have mini grinder

Is that a dremel you are using to break the weld? If so, what tool is on it to manage that?
Yes,its a small hard grinding tip on reversed conus...you can use also hammer and sharp - screwdriver because its welded poorly
@@STMOTO13 Thanks a lot! This is my next project (but I have another Akra system with a welded bolt/screw). Im hoping I don’t have to drill out the bolt/screw. I’ll try the hammer method first since I don’t have a dremel.
Its the same thing here welded bolt,but its welded only one small spot on the edge so it shouldn't be a problem,you can also use normal drill with tip for dremel just do it on lower Rpm's
It costs around 5$
@@STMOTO13 Good tips, thanks again! I’ll get right on it tomorrow. The bolt kind of lines up with an existing hole already, so at least I won’t need to drill a hole in the exterior. The weld on mine is on top of the bolt and on the side of it, so hopefully I can hammer it out. Hammer time!
The next issue is finding a socket /bit that fits in the existing hole.
