Arcana is Latin for “hidden”, he is practically saying that “what you’re hiding is part of your true self” just like P4. In the background it’s the song “POEM of everyone’s soul”, he starts every dialogue with said line, like if it was a poem. Also, the second half of his dialogue reflects the arcana he changes to.
It's actually just a mistranslation lmao. The original line is more along the lines of "And then the Arcana revealed to him..." It's supposed to be Nyx Avatar describing the Fool's Journey.

I don't think he was forced, it was his nature because it's his duty to begin with. But through living inside our protagonist, he learned the way of humanity and realized that there's more to humanity
ngl, the black and white coloring of the entire stage, as opposed to the green hue in Reload makes Nyx more menacing. Reload gives me a good chance to see how the fight would've looked under the same environment coloring for Erebus.

I used Junpei, Mitsuru and Aigis, Aigis had stat boost and healing, Junpei did heavy hitting with Physical, Mitsuru did the best magic damage and I healed and did Garudyne every once in a while.
Oh for sure. Also the VA reads the lines with a lot more speed. Felt like they were trying to rush it perhaps to avoid boring ppl who think nyx talks to long but i think the slow deliberate speech fits the creature much better

I had been playing Persona 3 since Thanksgiving, and I had finally completed it a few days ago. I loved the experience and this fight was amazing. I used Yuki/Minato (obviously), Akihiko, Aigis, and Koromaru
I Lost this Last Battle 10 Times. Each time was about an Hr and a half. Thee 11th time I won it on a Last chance Gambit. Made the Ending more Satisfying.

I think nyx was the final god in persona that could exist outside cognition similarly to Philemon and nyarthalept. To think it’s confirmed that their are other members of nyx’s species roaming around in the cosmos. Before you ask it’s confirmed in the game in one of the side books that nyx isn’t so much the personification of death but a strong ass alien.

I recently played Persona 3 for the first time over the summer on the hardest difficulty god that fight was insanely difficult though after hours of grinding and failed attempts Seth became my favorite persona
Well yess they are all connected but they are years apart from each other. The only thing that happens at the “same time” are the school festivals. But the cool thing about the three games connection iiiissss in The Answer you find out at the end that the only way to save Makoto/Minato is by everything changing their hearts about death and fear and everything bad in the world. In Persona 4 the old Velvet room attendant Elizabeth i believe meets with Yu and his crew and after defeating her in battle she explains that her sister is trying to find a way to save the boy now being used as a door to keep away death (everything bad in the world) from the world. But also the TV world is the way for the bad things to leak into the world. Which is what Adachi tries to do in Persona 4. In Persona 5 of course you are the Phantom Thieves. You are the trickster that is to stop the world from ruin. In Persona 5 you begin to change people’s hearts who have plagued the world of their bad deeds (the seven deadly sins basically). In the end you fight god and take away Mementos which is what was holding the world to have bad thoughts/bad hearts. But what really sticks out is what Morgana says at the end; “Remember the world is a figment of everyone’s cognition, it can be reshaped and remade again and again. Never lose your hearts.” Which means that in Persona 5 you change everyone away from the fear of death and everything bad. Which could mean that Makoto/Minato is safe from being the door.
Ochako Uraraka I am pretty sure they didn’t change their hearts to the point that they were no longer wishing for death. Maybe new protagonist with the same power as the persona 5 protagonist will do it or the persona 5 protagonists will appear again and do it.

Oh! Pretty much all I know about this game is how it begins, how it ends, and what I've gathered from the First movie. (Spring of Birth) But I just realised the significance of the Velvet Room's form. It's an elevator, and an elevator's purpose is to bring someone to their destination. And isn't a big theme of the game the purpose to life and arriving at the answer, which is Death? So the elevator is carrying him continually towards death, and then it finally arrives and he 'dies' a month or so later. If I ever get the chance to play this game (which is more likely, because it's coming to Switch. Well, Portable is, anyway. It's just a matter of convincing my mother. Though if I can get ahold of 5, then the odds greatly increase because she usually lets us play the other games in a series once we've already played one. Which is why getting Fire Emblem was such a bitch, but I'm older now, and Dad is pretty relaxed about what I watch/play. As long as there's nothing super graphic he's usually good.) then I'll absolutely have an interesting outlook on the Velvet Room and the game as a whole.
During one of my attempts I dropped him to nearly the end of his final health bar, Nyx used Night Queen which charmed Yukari. Because I had nothing to get rid of it, she completely healed him next turn 💀
it's a ridiculous boss fight every mini boss was such a extreme struggle and if you somehow made it past it all from cheese or luck surprise surprise the finale boss is a unbeatable nightmare and mc dies anyways

Wind Break does get rid of Wind resistances (resist, null, repel, and drain). The only thing it won’t affect is Moonless Gown.

I Lost this Last Battle 10 Times. Each time was about an Hr and a half. Thee 11th time I won it on a Last chance Gambit. Made the Ending more Satisfying.

The Voice effect for this Nyx was better. It seems they made Nyx less creepier somehow in Reload.
I think nyx was the final god in persona that could exist outside cognition similarly to Philemon and nyarthalept. To think it’s confirmed that their are other members of nyx’s species roaming around in the cosmos.
Before you ask it’s confirmed in the game in one of the side books that nyx isn’t so much the personification of death but a strong ass alien.
I beat this game like 6 months ago and sometimes I still remember:

Well, obviously Nyx's true arcana is death. Nyx is the avatar of death, after all.
Actually, in the Tarot, "Death" just means change.

For me, this is the best final boss in persona franchise
P4 is a very close 2nd IMO. I also generally enjoyed P5, but I'd say it ties P4 at best

I recently played Persona 3 for the first time over the summer on the hardest difficulty god that fight was insanely difficult though after hours of grinding and failed attempts Seth became my favorite persona
For a 15 year old me, this was the coolest shit ever.

Well yess they are all connected but they are years apart from each other. The only thing that happens at the “same time” are the school festivals. But the cool thing about the three games connection iiiissss in The Answer you find out at the end that the only way to save Makoto/Minato is by everything changing their hearts about death and fear and everything bad in the world. In Persona 4 the old Velvet room attendant Elizabeth i believe meets with Yu and his crew and after defeating her in battle she explains that her sister is trying to find a way to save the boy now being used as a door to keep away death (everything bad in the world) from the world. But also the TV world is the way for the bad things to leak into the world. Which is what Adachi tries to do in Persona 4. In Persona 5 of course you are the Phantom Thieves. You are the trickster that is to stop the world from ruin. In Persona 5 you begin to change people’s hearts who have plagued the world of their bad deeds (the seven deadly sins basically). In the end you fight god and take away Mementos which is what was holding the world to have bad thoughts/bad hearts. But what really sticks out is what Morgana says at the end; “Remember the world is a figment of everyone’s cognition, it can be reshaped and remade again and again. Never lose your hearts.” Which means that in Persona 5 you change everyone away from the fear of death and everything bad. Which could mean that Makoto/Minato is safe from being the door.

Ochako Uraraka I am pretty sure they didn’t change their hearts to the point that they were no longer wishing for death. Maybe new protagonist with the same power as the persona 5 protagonist will do it or the persona 5 protagonists will appear again and do it.

Oh! Pretty much all I know about this game is how it begins, how it ends, and what I've gathered from the First movie. (Spring of Birth) But I just realised the significance of the Velvet Room's form. It's an elevator, and an elevator's purpose is to bring someone to their destination. And isn't a big theme of the game the purpose to life and arriving at the answer, which is Death? So the elevator is carrying him continually towards death, and then it finally arrives and he 'dies' a month or so later. If I ever get the chance to play this game (which is more likely, because it's coming to Switch. Well, Portable is, anyway. It's just a matter of convincing my mother. Though if I can get ahold of 5, then the odds greatly increase because she usually lets us play the other games in a series once we've already played one. Which is why getting Fire Emblem was such a bitch, but I'm older now, and Dad is pretty relaxed about what I watch/play. As long as there's nothing super graphic he's usually good.) then I'll absolutely have an interesting outlook on the Velvet Room and the game as a whole.

My first time playing this game this year and I loved this fight even if me and my team were lv75 it was a struggle but a good one
During one of my attempts I dropped him to nearly the end of his final health bar, Nyx used Night Queen which charmed Yukari. Because I had nothing to get rid of it, she completely healed him next turn 💀
How does that even happen. I had like 20 dis charms by the end of my playthrough without even farming for it
This made me not fear death that's the weird thing but resisting is the only way to value true human humanity.

it's a ridiculous boss fight every mini boss was such a extreme struggle and if you somehow made it past it all from cheese or luck surprise surprise the finale boss is a unbeatable nightmare and mc dies anyways
