Also an update - I got a job at a non-profit health org - that's why I haven't been so active (date of this update Sept 9 2019). It's hurting me though - straining to get something new out. Jordan Peterson was a big psychological help - both due to his lectures and the fact that he brought a conversation that's obsessed me all of my life into the mainstream. You can tolerate chronic pain better when a light of careful optimism begins to shine on everything.
Incredible story. I would lean to the legal case as JBP does to teach a lesson that you wont put up with it. Like standing up to a bully.

This kind of corporate drama is not always generated by social justice warriors or feminists. It happens all the time. Often the ringleader is a narcissist but not always. Groups of people who are eager to please for the sake of a pay cheque will often fall in line and then a certain group or mob mentality will lead to a gangup or a series of gangups. It happens in some of the best companies with perfectly sane people who would otherwise be good people, good friends and productive employees. It is insidious and freakin scary. It leaves the victims in a state of utter perplexity (as with you) since all the accusations are based on absolutely nothing, and these accusations are whipped up with such self-satisfied frenzy that it almost paralyzes you with confusion. Body snatchers indeed. It can feel like sci fi. Been there, done that. I am glad you have taken the time to process it and share it. It takes a long time to make sense of it, even though it is nonsense and idiocy. And it takes a few tries to then see the signs in the next scene of insanity and avoid it. One can more easily understand how things such as Nazi hysteria and Stalinist and Mao hysteria took place. It is, I believe, the exact same sociological mechanism.
Paralyzed by confusion is a great way of summarizing the experience. I DO think that narcissists and sociopaths are drawn to the ideology because of how easy it is to exploit for their own personal gain at the expense of those around them. Fearful folks fall in line as you say - figure out what they're supposed to say and then say those things to stay safe. I understand it, but it also disgusts me.

Thank you for sharing your shocking story, I listened twice. One would think, any company that lets in these types will implode, leaving those companies that understand how this cancer works. It may sort itself out in the long run. I live in Denmark and we don't actually see such persons around here. Where I work we appreciate skills and we are all technical nerds. Still...it could happen, but I think the problems are created at university level and you will have to clean out the -'studies', rejection of science and marxist professors in Canadian institutions. The likes of Laurier; I am guessing that place is not even unique? That is where the poison is injected. Any chance of that?
btw: if you have a clear shot to hold these people accountable and hurt them financially you should do it, changing peoples minds is very hard unless what they believe is costing them money.
It has been my experience that these types fold quickly when cornered - but the question is whether or not I want to expend precious lifeforce on seeking some kind of justice. I would rather go for awareness - better to impact folks generally than to punish bad actors specifically. I want to frustrate the movement that produces outcomes like mine - at a macro level. That seems to me to be the right focus and vector based on the teachings of Yeshua.

Disgusting people doing disgusting things. Who are those people? People that don't love. Loving what u do, or loving problem solving, how to get from A to B regardless of the topic or genre, is a fundamental trait of the living, being curious. You have to be very sick mentally to overcome the urge to know things, to overcome the need for pride of your work. I'm a perfectly ordinary scumbag living a uni life sponsored by my parents, lazy and all, but I hold a special place in my heart, that of awe, for those neurotic people that love their job or w/e the fuck they are doing and won't stop at anything to complete it, they will quarrel they will shout but at the end of the day, it's just a social relationship management problem to make peace with them and work together in a uni project or in an actual job. Those people you were describing are only assuming the mantle of sjwarriors, they always existed, sleazy and ugly and petty, they just have acquired an idiology for their toxicity, that's what it feels to me. Congrats on finally finding out what was plaguing you, believe in the physiological effects of good mood and balanced lifestyle and i'm sure in time things will go better. Even nerve damage has been shown to improve, at an extremely slow pace, if it's not severe. Cheers man.
