- This video shows you how to bleed your clutch without any special tools other than a regular wrench, Just to go over the basic principle one more time through text. What you're going to do is depress The clutch pedal wedge something in between while depressed. And pop the bleeder it's a simple as that. The reason we are sticking object in between is to prevent air from being sucked back in ,when the clutch pedal let go of.

Thank you. I have no friends and a keep. Worked like a charm.

We can be friends (Y)
Nikolai aka CasSpell so sweet. Bromance!!
it's the same trick I use for bleeding my brake lines!
interesting!
I'm ready to start!
thanks for the advice!
Thank's for sharing information
Thank you man...I like how you simplified this!!!
Thanks Great lesson
Don’t you have to do this multiple times though as if you had a friend pressing and holding the pedal? Or just do once and bleed it continuously once?
So the brake reservoir is the same than feeds the clutch master cylinder?
Yes it’s a shared cylinder

0:34 what is that so I can buy one.. I dont have anything in my house/ how long is it? I might buy a piece of wood that length.. much appreciated thanks... I have no friends & alone in this world
It's a torque wrench case, just figured it out... thanks anyways man
@@UnicornRyder04 Hi how much will you pay for the torque wrench case?
I'm in the same boat. I live in the sticks. My neighbors suck. They're quick to ask me for help. Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.
Found this video and watched out of curiosity as a fellow Mazda owner. What symptoms would warrant flushing the clutch fluid?
Spongey 🧽 pedal feel
@@killerClaffey Oh. lol. I'm a doop. This is in regards to a manual I am guessing. Lol. Nevermind, I'll just walk my automatic azz out of here.
@@GMoney-B it's all good we are all constantly learning, you are all good bro!
So the brake reservoir is the same than feeds the clutch master cylinder?
@@sancheztorres35 I am 20% sure that I am 98% sure this is the case, lol. Anyone else jump in if incorrect.
I have an 06 Mazda 3 I’ve never seen this before in any manual car I’ve owned this is how you bleed out the fluid ? And change it ? My pedal feels soft at times and I feel like the pressure gets weak while driving it I was starting to think for sure it’s the clutch or master cylinder it’s just a pain to get to I’ve heard
I probably shouldn't even attempt this. I can't find the bleeder valve, and I can't tell from the video exactly where it is. Can anybody help me? Got a pic or directions to help me find it? I've bled brakes many times, I'm just am having trouble locating the clutch bleeder.
The brake and the clutch cylinder are the same thing tank?
Correct
My slave cylinder doesnt nipple have a a screw how do I release pressure
mine doesn't have a plastic tube like that, they are all metal lines that you can't see thru, none have a bleeder valve on them, they are all securely bolted to the clutch slave, I guess I'm missing something
I have a 2000 Mazda protégé ES and I realize that clear tube is part of a collector of the brake fluid but I don't see any bleeder valve on the master cylinder nor the slave cylinder or anywhere near that to connect to a fluid collector, any help would be appreciated, thanks
TY…..
Where would I find this hose/line
Harbor freight, Home Depot, etc
do you do this with car on or off?
Car off you dont need it to be on to build clutch pressure.
My clutch is completely stuck to the floor, Idk if this will help
Jon. Ward change the clutch master cylinder bro I had same problem it’s under the clutch pedal two bolts and then open the bonnet and pull out cost me 20 quid from scrap yard . Mechanic told me I needed a new clutch almost went with his advise glad I tried this first and it’s been fine ever since . Hope this helped
