PRO TIP: Place your Elektron device directly on the oven rack for a crispier crust. (Keep up the good work! Maybe the new neighbors won't be too terrible.)
Oh and one thing about quantize, it does a post-processing, non-destructive quantize, which makes a difference when going to edit the steps. They'll still be 'off the grid' and all of that ugliness of humanity will still be in tact.
Hi there! thanks for the video. i don't understand how at first you get this pattern with cycle mode; cycle mode plays ascending order and then descending order. your pattern goes ascending and then notes are mixed up, played once each. can you tell me more about this? thank you!
When you're in step mode, hold the step you want to change and press the little note key on the left side. That's where you can change as many notes as you want for the step.
every single one of your digitone videos makes me want to sit down with the digitone and make some music. so inspirational. thanks!
I’ve been playing a lot of Sega Genesis lately, so needless to say I have been loving your FM jams on the Digitone. Keep em coming!
AWESOME. this is hitting the spot right now in my study of the Digitone. A level of mastery I can only aspire to at the moment. Thank you!
You have a real knack for instruction; I've enjoyed these recent posts.
It's always nice to get to spend a little time with you sir.
Such a magic little box. Thanks for the breakdown of some of your process.
This series is really helping me get into my DT. Thanks for taking the time to do these vids. Super helpful as always my man.
"The Elektron DiGiorno" Hahahha, thanks for that.
I’m really enjoying the digitone videos, thanks for making them.
It's not delivery, it's digitone
Brilliant Comment
Literally captivated in the first 3 seconds. A master of your craft good sir ♥️
Super masterful understanding of the machine. Really helpful.
As someone who loves operator in Ableton Live, I would probably love the hell out of this
Great demo!
I’d been struggling to fit the DN into my workflow but after watching this I’ve got some ideas on how it could be implemented.
Arpeggios will always be great! Thanks again for this video Jeremy 😊
Thank god you’re making amazing Digitone videos 💎 feeling inspired

You really made me look up the word prodigious.
Love it
Loving this digitone videos man, fm synthesis is fking crazy awesome
I hope Elektron adds the random feature to the arp.
Eeeeeeeee! Now I want to spend a week doing nothing but make arp patches. What was once a mysterious feature is now unlocked. Thanks a ton!
At 13:35 when the delay kicks in. That’s the shit, Jeremy.
dude, these “pissed off” vids are hilarious.
Thanks for the tips, your one of the best 👌🏼
Very soothing result. good job.
I was actually bummed out when the talking started! 😂 Mean that as a compliment! The music was great. 😊
I'm here just in the nick of time to let you all know that "syncopation" was the word Jeremy was looking for at 11:10
Loved this, keep them coming!
Can you do built arpeggios on the takt like this too? Would to hear what chillout tunes you can do on that too.
Mesmerizing
And a bit overwhelming too 😅
(Such a high level of mastering the tool, paired with musical talent and taste )
❤
There should exist a supercut of every time you give the Digitone a new name.
"The Digorno.."
"The Digitony..."
"The Elektron Digimon..."

I love these videos - absolutely delissimo xx
The only videos that I can watch for the full half hour
as soon the chorus kicks in and with the "reverb" (for a short moment) eargasm :) 19:57
Absolutely love the arp on the digitone. Just a shame it doesn’t work on the midi tracks. this is awesome man.
I laughed and learned. Thank you
Much thanks for this tutorial! Supercool!
Great tutorial fella
awesome. thank *YOU* i foresee a 'hunting for the sweet spot' or 'happy accidents' series. =)
another great pieace!!! ty:D
Ooh this sound pool parameter lock idea gave me a halfy thx bro
Thanks, Jeremy!
Awesome!! You should do a chord tutorial on this thing
"His moving process is very loud" hahahaha glorious!
Digi Tony. ♥️
finally I know how to proncounce the dijournotee 5:40
this fm pasta is f@&€ing delicious!🍝❤️
This sounds oddly non-FM-but-very-FM. At the same time.
The Digitone can work very well as a traditional subtractive synthesizer depending on the x / y mix. Sounds more like a Digital Synth at that point
That's some quality pasta right there, molto farfalle signore!
Amazing.. Thank you..
Yes pls. More patches on the DigitoNE.
14:30 - The Orb moment occurs
Red Means pResets. Another great Digit one vid 👍
Liked for non delivery synthesizers
Red means Holy shit that's a lot of presets!
Everything is inter-linked cells within cells within cells
22:33 An overwhelming surplus of diggity
Um, wow. Elektron should be using this vid to sell Digitones. If I didn’t already have one I’d be buying one after watching this.
yesssssssss twinkly goodness
how do you do it, this is magical
hf this machine is amazing
Yes but can it make risotto.
I'm definitely gonna buy one of these...
Impressive !
Howly Mowly I need the digi NOW!
18:52 nice patch!
Red Means Rarpeggiating
i eat pasta with just butter quite often
Holy menu diving batman!!!!
nice video, so to summarize, with Digitone, you look at it as the glass is half empty as opposed to glass is half full?

Me, mildly paying attention to the intro...
Wait, what?? Pasta?
Great video! If you had to compare/contrast this with the op-z, what would you say, which would do you like better?
I like the op-z sequencing more and it has sampling which is nice. The digitone stands alone as a breakthrough FM device.
Hey Mate, try to set the camera shutter to 1/60 or 1/50 of a second to eliminate the flicker of the display :) but nice video
I tried. I tried every shutter angle. It doesn't go away.
deliciousissimo
Am I missing something or does the offset pattern on the arp page not get quantized by the scale on the note page?
It's a downer that Elektron did not link any Lfo destinations to any arpeggiator settings
Absolutely agree
I love pasta!!
Pasta
Is it possible to change the notes for a chord (2 notes simultanly) in the step mode? or just one note one step?
There is a mode for that yeah. But I'm not sure what it is. Check out the manual.
When you're in step mode, hold the step you want to change and press the little note key on the left side. That's where you can change as many notes as you want for the step.
how do the fm drums sound?
Hi Jeremy, I'm early today :D
4 ARPS..?
Very 👍
I love pasta to
language is a bit offensive....but the info is great
