Quick question… Are there manipulators that can be used in order to control cellular responses to foreign DNA such that the volatility of that response can be mitigated sufficiently enough to allow for the in-vivo delivery of the particular sequence? Control of these pathways would of course facilitate a greater degree of genetic control when implementing CRISPR and Cas9 in the in-vivo cells. Using viral vectors wouldn’t be useful in this capacity right? Thanks!
