@@swacman04 The only problem at Longhorn I've had is finding a place to park; the lot is usually completely full. Admittedly, perhaps a bit like McDonald's or Chick-fil-A; there's a dearth of epicureans, like zero... They're at the valet parking type places and good for them. As an amateur musician... sometimes I don't really want Beethoven's Fifth Symphony or Mussorgsky's Great gate at Kiev (used to be Russia?) but seek out AC/DC or similar...
Not a fan of chain restaurants.. especially when it comes to steaks. The best steak I've ever had is at J Gilbert's in Glastonbury CT. You need to check it out.
What steakhouse chain would you recommend?
Keens in NY is not a regional chain. Its a stand alone restaurant.
And their signature dish isn’t steak at all. It’s a “mutton chop”
For steak I usually look for a Longhorn. One of the best! Perhaps not in these gourmet neighborhoods but very good...
Definitely not one of the best lol

Prime Quarter in Wisconsin!
Not a chain steakhouse but Mannys Original Chop House in Orlando puts on a great meal.
