Do they have other house plans aside from yours?

@stchan8569 approved for our builds the architect can help with permissions and altercations the architect works in the government office sp he is well connected.

Is this todays price or pre covid price?

The Original price was 360,000 baht then i built a 2nd kitchen so this made the price jump to 450,000 baht. This was DIY no builders got a cut
