Instructions Vespa PX Gearbox rebuild / Installation
In this Vespa tutorial video we show you how to assemble and disassemble a Vespa transmission.
Of course we use a HiQuality Vespa transmission from bgm like gearwheels, shifting cross, spacer etc.
Christmas tree? That's the name of the ready mounted gears on the main shaft - looks like a christmas tree. And if you install a new, perfectly adjusted gearbox into your Vespa, it will be like christmas for the scooter, if it is from bgm, for sure :-)

Thank you!
@@scootercentercom just check on email. I have a question
Say you have an old set of gears, what would be the max tolerance that you are able to shim on Vespa P axle, and PX axle?
I know the max play (when shimmed), should be between 0,15 and 0,4.
But what would be the maximum thickness/mm shims you can use on P/PX, before you have to conclude 1 or more of the gears is too much worn.
Simples eh Sergey 😉
Hello there i want to ask you whats the best clearance for the geabox P200E??
