Like you, I want a lighter bigger bag where I don’t have to worry about how much I can put inside & the added weight. I’m also the type to pack my bags full considering I’m just over 5 feet. Agreed. Can’t bear to carry a double flap jumbo caviar. The M/L one which I have is so darn heavy. It’s really hard to come across a good condition single flap though, yours looks amazing!
Hi Kristina! I share the same view and sold my double flap too. I have only one double flap vintage square medium which I keep as it's so rare. My other vintage Chanels and red jumbo caviar are all single flaps. As you said, practicality wins over sentimentality 😊😊😊
loved your videos. I have a problem with the side gusset on my small medium double flap. A crease has formed along the bottom. Have you noticed any creasing anywhere??? Chanel told me not to store it in its box all the time as it has to breath, but will not repair or send it back for checking. I also have the jumbo in gold like you, and am now concerned the same thing might happen.

I love my single, hated the double. Are you selling the double because why did you get both in black caviar with gold and silver being the only differences. They're practically identical. Because if you aren't selling it, you basically paid 10k for less leather. I would have atleast gotten one in lamb and in a seasonal color or different style so I felt like I had more options. Beautiful bags though. They'll last you decades as long as you stuff them and never go crossbody.
