Does this prove that it was still geto’s brain 🧠 and kenjaku can attach to the brain in some way? They’ve never really shown how kenjaku switches bodies. I know there is a surgery, but could it be that kenjaku is attacked to the vessels brain in some way? The flashback of heian era needs to show how he does it or what surgeon has been helping him this whole time.

There are real world theories in medicine that parts of the body other than the brain can retain memories to a degree, such as an anecdotal story where a heart transplant patient got physical heartaches when seeing a person that was very important to the heart donor. Geto's hand thing is almost definitely a complex instinct resulting from the memories imprinted by Geto while he was alive.
