My head hurts listening to how fast this is being explained. I get the idea was to keep the video shorter, but I feel like I’d have to watch this two or three times to hopefully catch all the rules for how fast they are flying by so I’m not really saving any time.
Trying to not be critical but rather offer constructive criticism.

you can slow down the speed to 0.75. otherwise it's too fast for me too. sorry, mike.

I thought this was just me! I also turned down the speed of the video to 0.75.
