Always fighting anger, working twice as hard to make good grades, shaky hands, anxiety, brain fog, etc, etc. it got better in my mid 20’s when I started weight training and taking vitamins but still not great. Once you reach stage four you are in the danger zone because you have lost your thirst sensor & now have an aversion to water (do not desire or even like the taste of water). Magnesium chloride is much much more affective and long term than magnesium sulphate (epsom salts). Please look into magnesium oil that you spray on. Really cheap to make yourself from the flakes (amazon!). If it stings, just dilute it in more water. When you are deficient, it can sting/itch when you start using it since it's being drawn through your skin. You can also have detox symptoms since magnesium helps in detox. Don't over do it until you are use to it, but it is absolutely incredible. It took about 3 weeks to gradually go from debilitating anxiety with moodyness, to calm and focused.

yes because it replaces your natural serotonin w some other chemical component within itself, making your own actual serotonin "leave", since it's been "replaced"... essentially.
you can look this stuff up. i'm the biggest chocoholic ever made.. and i can't have it anymore from the high oxalate levels my body can't handle anymore without a headache, and for the serotonin explanation i said above.
trust me outside those two things i would literally happily drown myself in chocolate. you just need a serotonin booster if you eat a lot of it is all.
take amino acid l tryptophan for a good serotonin boost and you should balance out. hope that helps

@@henryhendrika5689 Its called ionic magnesium, it's in liquid form, by a company called Good State. It doesnt taste great but she only has enough to fill the bottom of the cap daily, with juice. Though she could have more less often. Boswellia Serrata (frankincense) capsules are also amazing for asthma etc. These are not needed after the problem goes away but continue with the magnesium. I'd also recommend vit D3 at 5000 to 10000 units a day, together with zinc and vit C (C at 1000mg to 2000mg). Best wishes.

I would like to add that consuming magnesium daily has stopped a very bad edema problem (excessive swelling of feet and ankles) that I lived with for years. It is almost magical how it disappeared after only ingesting the mineral daily for around 10 days. Leg cramps were mentioned by the kind doctor and those too have disappeared along with all those fitful nights of non-sleep. I cannot be more pleased with the results. Better sleep and better mood all around. I even went to specialists and was always just told to drink more water, move more, keep feet elevated, which I tried. Because of its low cost, I would simply encourage to try it for 2 weeks and feel the difference.

She advised me to stop taking my calcium supplement due to the possible buildup of plaque in the heart. We discussed my magnesium supplement and agreed I should switch to a different form of magnesium (I already had chelated magnesium on hand so I’m now taking that) and she recommended I double my dosage and take 2000 IUs of D3. No more nighttime leg cramps! Not even a hint of a foot cramp, which were always precursors to leg cramps. My doctor’s advice is almost the same as yours. Thank you for what you’re doing for others!

My " man" almost died from lack of magnesium. The doctor said she couldn't wait to give the magnesium drip intravenous ,so she had to start the drip while they tried to get him in the CT or MR machine. He shaked and later they told me, it was so close he didn't die that day, because he needed magnesium. He was sick with cancer, but still, I never knew magnesium was so important it could kill someone and that it was given intravenous alone.
I have a surgeon dad ,but I don't think doctors learn so much about vitamins and foods stuff in medical school. I have struggled with liver disease, my brother kidney disease, my " man " cancer and food wasn't anything the doctors said anything about. My brother got a few advice, but it turned out that his advice wasn't right when he four years after starting dialysis finally after we asked for advice got a neutrition person to write up what to eat and not.
Start to understand how important food and neutrition is for everything to work together as it should.

I have had acid reflux problems since age 25. The problem went away on its own during a 1 year-long diet change to the hallelujah diet which I did about 20 years ago, but just one year. Over the years since, back on the standard american diet (SAD) the reflux issue has returned. Now at age 59 I have been fortunate again to gain relief from my reflux problem simply by filtering my tap water with 2 ceramic filters. Apparently the chlorine removal has aided this issue because I rarely have to take Tums for the tummy. I was taking them daily before. I will try supplementing magnesium to see if it will help with adrenaline levels. Too much anxiety is simply exhausting to the body and gets worse as age increases.

had never had such pain. Finally someone told me to take magnesium, what a difference that made. After I started taking it, I very seldom was bothered by them......except the time I was visiting a friend and got one, so as to not wake my friend, I made my way to the kitchen in the dark,
opened the frig to get a small ice pack, then went back to bed. The next morning I sat up in bed, looked down at what I had thought was a small ice pack, but instead I had grabbed a now thawed out hamburger patty!!!!!! 😂

Hi Dr Berg. I thank you very much for all your videos. They are of great help. I started your apple cider vinager pills and then switched to brags' vinager. Reduced coffee too and magic: acid reflux is controlled. Now, I'm on magnesium citrate with calcium and simply magic: my nails are growing healthy and strong for the first time in years. I also did your wheatgrass pouder, I do spirulina, I did vitex, but I learned that for concentrated greens I require to dilute in lemon water, or vinager better, since I don't have much HCL. I'm not a sick person, I don't qualify for that to doctors, yet I went to an iridiologist who happened to make a study of symptoms in which I was made aware I had, or have had 33 Ackes and pains: from acid reflux, to heavy legs, from dry eyes (in the past corrected adding omega oils and avocados. In fact at 33 I was told I had chronic eye dryness. Yet It reversed with adequate diet changes) I reduced sugars and capacity to workout returned. Since I had some of the few miomas removed, I took the serapeptase and nattokinasse advice. Also to relax, sleep better, and workout hard only once a week if at all since I know my body is stressed. I also take probiotics. I know all my ailments have a nutritional base. I know I created the many symptoms I have with a restrictive diet. God bless you and all your family. Oh last and not least: I was alergic from birth to polen, dust mites and dandruff, and at 33 Aproximatelly it was controlled with transfer factor plus and schisandra plus. I'm now 45. I know I have a leaky gut, because of an onset of lactose intolerance at 35, and then bones started acking in the morning at 43 approx. So I'm working to correct leaky gut or scurvy In the gut. I've always had something wrong with my imune system, so Yeah! Life and Death, and also decomposition starts in the gut. Any video on leaky gut I appreciate it. ... Carmen S. From Panama, Central America. I hope I was not too long.😊

Hi Dr. Berg, can you make a video on all the vitamins and minerals you recommend please. Please include the types or where we can find them. I usually just get Centrum, but I know those are not the best quality. I appreciate every video you post on here. You are changing peoples' lives every day. I know you have touched mine with your advice. Thank you!

For years I knew that spinach somehow made me feel better and never knew why. Spinach was almost my personal super food along with beetroot. When I felt crap, I knew I had neglected spinach. Its THE one veg, even more than kale, that sorts me out. I would assume I naturally have some deficiency which is corrected by spinach... most likely magnesium, and I never knew until recently.

I became magnesium deficient recently from the stress of dating emotionally unavailable men. I decided to stop dating altogether because the stress is not worth the excitement of meeting new people.

I take glycinate. Most cause the trots though (avoid cheap magnesium oxide which doesn't absorb well) so I've had to incorporate kale, spinach, ground linseed, nuts avocados to my diet more regularly instead. M. L-threonate is supposed to go through the blood brain barrier which is good for those with rigid thoughts?
