    if you put a plate block under your ladder flush with the wall you will no longer collide with the gap under the ladder when jumping up to it.

    Take a look at arrow slot blocks. They might work for your needs.

    Finally more traps .
    Tips :add one more generator and use them for redundancy and to add a switch on top of your head near the safe to connect for future .
    Add dart traps once you get /make them through the center of the fence traps and use bars to completely finish your pit of hell.
    Add fences at the edges and place them In a pillar ( you can add more an dmake them three pillars at one spot or two pillars at one spot to keep aesthetic and support) atthw far end of the bases to stop demos befor wthey enter .
    U can connect these to your new switch to ensure they are only activated if demos are near so they don't even go to the pits I the first place .
    Place more turrats (the onse at the top of the stairs )and use them at corners not at centers as u are doing now so to take the heavy soakers more damage while they are locked in the electric fence at the edge if you add them at the edge (corners).

    You might be able to remove the square block at the top of the stairs and replace it with a scaffolding latter piece to be able to repair the posts. It may not look too pleasing but it could work😁👍

    Not sure if you already knew this but it may be easier to connect all your posts from the same side instead of back and forth. When the posts get damaged, only 1 of the 2 that is connected gets damaged. And I believe it's the 2nd post of each connection. If that makes sense. That way you don't have to run all the way around.👍

    • @Thinchap
      @Thinchap  5 днів тому +1

      @keaboyy yeah that's right about the 2nd post getting damaged, and from a practical point of view, it definitely makes sense to have them all run from one side to the other. I'm not sure why I did it the way I did, it just felt right, lol. I'll probably change it Iver after the next horde night :)

      @Mrkalleck1429 I'm not sure at the moment. I keep trying to get it started but my priority has been the series, and my real life has been hectic the last few weeks!

    I typically place plates against the wall underneath ladders. That prevents you from walking too far in under the ladder so that you bump your head against the ladder when you jump up.

    • @gyllkrans
      @gyllkrans 5 днів тому +1

      Realised that I should mention that I use scaffolding ladders because they have the same thickness as the plates so they are nice and flush.

    • @gyllkrans
      @gyllkrans 5 днів тому +1

      Aaand now that I watched further and you placed ladders all the way down to the floor it's a moot point. Oh well.

    • @Thinchap
      @Thinchap  5 днів тому

      @Damaddok82 I'm genuinely not sure at the moment. I'm still enjoying it, and it seems to be fairly popular still, but it may be that it's getting near the end of its run, will just have to see.
