I have made a checklist for you to figure if it's the right time for you to get a dog and what you should be willing to compromise on and what changes should you be willing to make for if you plan on getting a puppy.

I’m not a morning person, I usually get up from 9:00-9:30 AM, but it’s easy for me to get up earlier if I have to ;) my body gets used to sleeping habits easily
I check on all 10 points, but there is always the unexpected. Last night my 8-week boy was stung by a bee. I rushed him to the vet who gave him an injection. I'm still shivering how my boy was suffering. I never drove this fast in my life and it's a miracle I wasn't caught by the police. Thankfully my boy is back to normal this morning. We are going to the vet again in ana hour for a final check-up.

This sucks. I want a dog but I live alone and I work every day 9-5:30. I feel like the dog wouldn’t get enough personal time even if I spent every waking moment with it during the few hours I’m not at work.

Great information... I LOVE the IDEA of a dog, but I doubt it would work out with my lifestyle. What do you do if you work outside the home and what do you do if you go on vacation?
True, it's very important to consider working hours!
Incase of travel there are plenty of pet kennel or pet day centre where they can take care of your dog while you're gone (but they are usually expensive)

I Got every rigth except one... Family members... My mom she does NOT want a dog. We tried once but we ended up giving her away. I dont Think it possible to convince her

You forgot one major point, I ticked all eight, only the last one putting a dampener on my spirits of getting a puppy and that is their poo, vomit and urine - I find it oddly disgusting to even think about. I never got myself to having another child just for the same reasons, if my son pukes I puke too, so this will be a dog. I am ready for rest of the eight points and all prepared but only this one gives me nightmares but my son has been asking for it incessantly
what if i get a trained dog that would cut down in loads of thing like damages etc?
Yep, That's the best part about adoption is you can learn about the dog and understand about the dog behavior from the previous owner/shelter ... It will definitely make it more predictable what you're getting into and helps with the decision making 😊

Me too I have two sisters big sister and and a small sister my small sister loves dog and she supports me and about my parents they don't like pets but my dad love's dogs but they don't allowed a pet I want a Pomeranian and a husky if I have to choose one I would choose Pomeranian plz mom and dad buy me one
