To get the skin you need to do a different quest you need to do the mermaid give the girl the mermaid that’s how you unlock the skin

Your supposed to go to the goat shire and go into that market place and do the Ariel's mission thing and go to the glarblargle beach and find miranda the mermaid and bring her into the goat shire and give Ariel miranda the mermaid
