I have been using Jiranium for a while now and they have the best anti aging products in the market. My skin is sensitive, and it’s hard to find fragrance free products but they’ve got small but good selections. I also meditate, do intermittent fasting and stopped drinking to boost skin health, this video is really helpful
New subbie! Your skin looks lovely and plump and glowy Lauren. I’m 35 and what I’ve been doing to preserve my youthfulness is: - fasting. Gives the body chance for autophagy to work and literally clear out all the bad and produce new stem cells. - meditation. Stress/cortisol definitely is my number one downfall so I make time to breathe deeply, even just 10 belly breaths a day. I love to do it first thing in the morning when cortisol is at its highest. -yoga/walking - love to get the lymph moving and send those white blood cells around the body like Pac-Man, eating up all the nasties! - dry body brushing - brush from the soles of the feet upwards and brush the upper body downwards to the heart. My legs look instantly better after doing this! - good skincare. Vitamin c and spf in the morning. Niacimamide and prescription level Tretinonin (vit a) at night, followed by a decent slathering of moisturising on top. Alwaysss moisturise my body as soon as I dry off after the shower to replace moisture loss. A good skin barrier is everything. I have stretch marks from puberty and think it was down to a quick growth spurt and dry skin ( I barely used to drink anything as refused to use my schools gross public toilets as a teen. Plus other girls would be smoking in there so the answer was not to drink and then not need to pee!) I will for sure pass down my knowledge if I’m blessed to have my own daughter one day. - keeping slim (I’m always so inspired by in shape elder people. Just goes to show that you can keep it up from your youth if you never slip. If you start gaining those midlife pounds, correct it quickly.) a slim shape makes dressing so much easier as you have more options, there’s no yo-yo fad diets for holidays or special occasions and you don’t have to spend more on clothing if you can still fit into your classic items from your twenties. -strength training - an absolute must for women to maintain muscle mass and bone density. I once heard and older lady say that if you don’t start weight training now, you’ll regret it when you hit menopause. So I started in my mid twenties! Haircare - never box dye. Go get it professionally coloured at the salon and trimmed regularly. Try and keep your hair past shoulder length. Men love it. Try and stretch your washes to every three days minimum so you’re not going too crazy with heat damage. Always use a professional shampoo and scrub your scalp at least two goes to really get the oils and product out (don’t scrub the ends, focus on the scalp.) condition your hair, then use a heat protectant and oil before you blow dry. Take the time to blow dry rather than air dry, your style will last longer and you can lift the roots off your scalp which stops them getting oily quickly. Oil your ends every night, just a tiny amount, it helps stop your hair losing moisture and swelling. When it swells, then when breakage happens as the shaft is damaged. Sleep on a silk pillowcase and/or use a silk bonnet. - drink bone broth or take a collagen supplement. Your joints, skin, hair and nails will thank you. - keep learning - don’t neglect your brain. Learning new things forces your brain to develop new neural pathways so you don’t become stagnant. My grandmother had vascular dementia so I saw her brain die off first hand...not nice. Keep getting that oxygen to the brain and challenging yourself, push yourself to remember new things, it gets easier the more you do it. -maintain meaningful relationships. Key word here, meaningful. Find your tribe, lose anyone that causes you stress and pain. The quicker you learn that not everyone is for you, the easier it is to let them go and make room for those that deserve to stay. Boy or boy did I need this a while ago when I was heartbroken over a man who didn’t see what we could’ve been. Never mind... he wasn’t the one and saved me heartache in the long run! -good diet. Lots of fresh foods and simple ingredients. Locally grown is best. If it goes off quickly, chances are it’s good for you, except fermented food of course for a wide variety of gut bacteria! Oh I could go on!! Haha! Update: You all asked for more so here’s a few extra points (some I need to incorporate but life is all about balance) and I’m also summarising some of the biggies into short points if you wish to screenshot this part of the comment only. - eat with the aim of feeling 80% full and wait 20 minutes. Chances are you won’t go back for the second portion. - focus on upping your fibre, especially beans. They’re high protein and help with the production of bile which is needed to excrete excess hormones quickly. Very useful for those with hormone imbalances or oestrogen dominance. - track your cycle and adapt your training, eating and social life to the peaks and troughs of the menstrual cycle. - get some form of movement in within 30 mins of eating a meal to help disperse your blood sugar spike into all muscles of the body. Can be anything from taking a walk to marching on the spot, dancing around your kitchen, a light yoga session. - morning light exposure. Try to get outside a have daylight on your face within an hour of waking up. If it’s dark, use artificial light until you can get outside. Helps with melatonin production. - use blue light blocking glasses an hour before bedtime. Change your screen on your devices to yellow light. - use saunas and steam rooms. - try and move every 20 minutes. Sitting disease is a thing. - spend time in nature. Even if you can’t get outside, just looking at nature/trees/the garden from a window can do wonders for your brain. - practice grounding. Feel the earth beneath your feet. - say one compliment or affirmation to yourself in the mirror daily. - increase your love hormone levels with more hugs, kissing, sex, self pleasure. We need to touch one another in order to feel the bonding chemicals. - never ever take your bad mood out on another person. Be accountable if you’ve upset someone. - whenever you feel yourself in a funky mood, change your environment, take a break and imagine you are a sunflower with warm energy radiating into you and out from you. - address your childhood trauma. Journal about it. The realisations and release you’ll have from writing it down will surprise you with the compassion and lightness you then feel. - accept yourself and love yourself. You can only do that with others to the degree that you do with yourself 🥰
I'm just gonna leave this George Carlin bit about women and all the things we have to worry about and how unfair the standards are for beauty: ua-cam.com/video/xgeLpFTNn8g/v-deo.html Also, who cares what men like ladies, cut your hair however you want.
40 is young! My oldest son is 49. I am 68 and aging well also. I do use a few high quality products but mostly just eat clean and enjoy life! Wishing everyone radiant health!
I actually looked my best in my 40' and 50's. People are not old at that age, but the face acquires character. - like a fruit ripening until it is at its sweetest. One should never call 40 -50 years old. Most women are still pre-menopausal! Today women look great even at 60 - 70 without any help. Avoid extreme stress, too much sun, toxic food and cosmetics - oh and stay away from surgery unless you want to look like a caricature of your former self. Keep it natural. I make all my own skincare products. Try it. You may surprise yourself.
“whatever you do writes itself upon the soul” in youth the matrix of the body is thick and hides much in the later years the matrix thins & the major thinking patterns show through for all to see Stay sweet & kind :) you might consider the origin version of the movie “The Life of Dorian Grey” 1945
Same!! I had cystic acne up until 27 years old. Was raising a family, so not getting enough sleep. Maybe not eating well either, lack of exercise (other than regular housework and picking up children) Marital problems, financial stress 😮💨 I started blossoming (Lol) in my 30s and now I’m 44. Have the best skin ever, feel amazing and lots of energy… most days 😅 Edit to add: Paula’s Choice is my holy grail
I'm 40 and get told I look 30. I exercise. Fruits, veggies, herbal teas, water, yoga, and self-love. Also, skincare since I was young. Massage and cupping as well.
Alcohol I would say the biggest aging factor for girls, never drink in my 20s or 30s and looked like I was a teen back then now I'm 44 I drink coffee no alcohol ppl say I look in my 20s. Compared to girls who party all night back in the university. I drink a lot of water, less sugar , work out, and get a proper sleep away from stressful ppl as much as I can. I also had my kids in the mid-30s actually help me to plump up the skin and stay younger :)
I would agree on alcohol, as I don't think it did me any favours, however I have a friend (we are both mid fifties) who really liked a drink back in the day and now and puts some away to be honest, and her skin is like velvet, also her family have great skin, but she and I are both long term smokers too, but her skin is to die for it is that smooth, radiant and not a line or wrinkle to be seen. I, on the other hand, look a tad tired these days 😏. Genetics must be what it is with my friend. I used to look very young for my age up until around the mid forties, I even got ID at 46, life and hormones kicked in, but I believe I probably drank too much (used as a stress reliever ... another story), I really wish I looked after myself, but then again, it could just be my genetic make up compared to my friend.
Guys, 40 is still incredibly young! You're a ways off yet from menopause. Ways off yet of your body going through the ringer of hormones, etc. I'm impressed by the women in their fifties who haven't had fillers and Botox who have beautiful skin! That's pretty cool
Why?? There was a woman in the Bible that was 80 and her husband told her to lie and say she was his sister because she was so beautiful someone would want her and kill him to get her and she was taken twice by two different kings. Obviously 80 at that time was different.
You should also tell us that the Botox you use helps looking younger, because everybody can se you use it, freezes forhead and botox glow ☺️. I use Botox to and I love it at small doses 🙏🏼
Quit hating. Even IF she does use Botox it’s really her own business. No one is obligated to tell you every single procedure they have, it’s called the HIPAA privacy rule.
@@trashpanda9443 Its not hate, its just the truth, i think if someone is talking about keeping and stay young they should also be honest about what they did what is NOT natural, otherwise it gives a wrong picture and makes other people sad that it just does NOT work and they get wrinkles on their forehead and so on.. she has done some stuff and more than botox, so it is not entirely honest...
I was looking for this comment lol. Because if it wasn't here, I would have written about it too. Her face just screams botox, so this video is somewhat pointless and she's gaslighting everyone with her "tips" on how to remain young..
@@trashpanda9443 Pointing out procedures is not hating. Pointing it out is actually helpful for the rest of us to achieve a youthful appearance. I think lying about procedures has far more harm to it.
You are another person who is living proof that this can be done! about 10 years ago I started taking all of this very seriously, I am 51 years old now, and I feel I look better than I did back then. Started with detoxing my lifestyle… Energetically draining people and situations, alcohol marijuana certain foods etc.… got into reading ingredients and trying out certain skin care, finding ones that worked really good that my skin really liked… Red light therapy is huge! good old clean water and drinking a lot of it, can do wonders! and to be honest, I learned a lot from UA-cam in those years :-) and yes, I have some deepening lines around my mouth and knows, that indicate my Native American heritage :-) but I’m learning to embrace them and just do what I can to take best care of myself that I can… I found Guasha to be extremely effective. Keep up the good work! And yes, it is funny when someone says to you, “are you aging backwards?“ Lol
A solid skincare routine w/sunscreen, reduce sugar intake (artificial sweeteners and alcohol included) plant based diet, herbal teas instead of coffee, and a very underrated one: fasting! Doesn’t matter if it’s Intermittent, dry, or water fasting aids in flushing toxins out the body & allows cells to regenerate at a rapid rate.
@@t.8936 No there isn’t. I haven’t paid any price for not eating meat. I take powdered collagen & all the B supplements. You don’t need meat if you know how to incorporate all that you need without it.
I LOVE your video! Thank you for putting this out. I used to get my nails done and every time I went, I would get a really bad tummy ache. I quit doing it and my tummy aches stopped. Whatever poison is in that process was seeping into my system through my nails. I love approaching Beauty from the inside out. It really is about what we put in, and on our bodies. Thx again!
I love that you said you love being the way you were made to be!!! This is very positive in a world full of doubt and self hatred! I wish the best for everyone and to realize they are made beautiful THE WAY THEY ARE and that they don’t need to change their bodies to be who they think they want to be.
It’s not only the skin, it’s the MIND (telomeres) the perception of life, and everything in between, plus meditation, self love, self healing, spiritual awakening happens to certain people like myself through trauma. I get you I absolutely get you. It can’t be explained. 😊
I'm 40 and have my best skin ever. I dont have botox or filler (exept in my lips). I drink 1 cup of coffee a day, no sugar, no soda, no smoking and I really don't drink alcohol. I have a meticulous skincare routine at home and I do a peel once a week. I'm a licensed skin therapist in NY, NJ & FL states and you can totally look younger without injectables. You literally are what you eat.
Idk why I'm here as a dude but, I'm only 22, exercise 6 days a week , eat incredibly well, do not smoke, do not do drugs, no alchol, no caffeine yet I have terrible harsh, sensitive, oily and rough skin of an older person with a ton of pimple scars, hyperpigmentation. Genetics are genetics I suppose. I don't think even a derma can fix it. But i'm grateful, I know people have it alot worse. But how good your skin is and how it ages is purely genetic. People can cope all they want. (yes i'm frusrated lol.)
B vitamins, vitamin C, D, E, K, omega 3, zinc and magnesium supplements...Do you want to try these? They helped clear up my skim and gave even tone... Skincare starts from the inside
I’m sorry you’re going through it. Going vegan fixed my skin and as she talks about eliminating things that get skin dehydrated like caffeine and alcohol. I also use sunscreen and I’m not too out in the sun. Unfortunately, what helps is different for everyone. You just have to try or eliminate different things. Oily skin ages slower fortunately.
Every age is beautiful. You'll Never be as young as you are Today life is short. Smell the roses. Embrace the lines. You've earned them. Health and happiness is more important than Perfect skin. Vanity is not attractive. Happiness and seif acceptance are more important. If we're lucky we will grow old. Better than the alternative. By the way I've always been bought to be ten or more years younger than I am. Never smoked or has alcohol. Love veggies. Stayed out of the sun. Enjoy your life 🌻🌸🌻

The way women are spoken to in society is sickening, and has nothing to do with real life. The messed up messaging girls get through life goes something like this: Age 15-18: Being harassed by creepy old men and horny young boys Age 18-21: You're so young, just a baby, don't make any big decisions... Age 21-24: Why don't you have a career? Age 24-27: Where's your boyfriend? You're nearly 30... Age 27-30: Do you live with a guy yet? Age 30-32: It's not too late, but time to lower your standards... Age 32-35: The clock is ticking. where's your baby? Age 35: You're old now Age 40+: You're really old now, date this ugly old man
@@istealurgf You're totally illiterate, it's impossible to understand what you're talking about. You look great Lauren ,your skin is amazing !I am 45 years old ,for me it helps a lot too skipping processed food ,milk products ,meat ,alcohol and cigarettes .Drinking distilled water and herbal teas only .No botox or fillers ,i hate them because it makes my face looks bloated . I do facial yoga with help of you tube videos and doing daily meditation for years. The most important thing is indeed your belief system about yourself ,if your satisfied and at peace with yourself you radiate that too.
I’m 60 years young in March . I look healthy, feel healthy ,certainly not ageing backwards, as nobody does, I use moisturiser every morning and even, have a positive mind, lead a healthy lifestyle, and not caught up in a unhealthy attitude towards growing mature, like many things you get better with maturity 😊 mind set is the key…….
Aging is also a sign that we are not immortal and need a savior called Jesus Christ who payed the debt for our sins so that whoever believes in him will have everlasting life in paradise. God bless you
Wow! Just came across your video because of the title. I'm 38 and have a lot of issue when it comes to my skin that affected the way I see myself. Thank you very much this video is so helpful.
Botox seems to help too lol. When the eyebrows and forehead don't move when the rest is animated dead giveaway. But it pays off with minimal forehead wrinkles lol
I think genetics play a big part into aging as well. I am not the healthiest by any means. I drink soda, smoke, & I don't drink nearly enough water. I am 38 yrs old & I get told I am in look like I am in my early 20's. Just last year I was asked if I was older than 21 just to sit in the bar section at Chillis, and I was asked to see my ID to see a rated R movie. Both my mom & grandma have aged very well too. I have been trying to make some healthier lifestyle choices recently though not because I want to age well or anything, but more because I want to feel well & overall better.
Genetics do play a big part but also your bone structure. Some people have certain features that just make you look younger so when you do age you still look younger than the average of your age.
@@SeethingSimpI’m a very very stressed person, on and off smoker, and recovering drug addict. I’m 30 but people most people think I’m a teenager or early 20s. I forgot my ID in my office and was buying cigarettes last week and the store clerks laughed at me when I said I was 30 and sent me away. I think the thing I have going for me is I am quite pale, last year I got quite tan, people started thinking I was 25 minimum. Now I’m back to SPF daily and fair again, and people think I’m younger again. 🧐
@@tacocatseven I guess it depends on the kind of stress - the obvious ones I was thinking of were depression, which inhibits bodily vitality, and then anxiety/panic attacks which allot all your energy to avoiding danger. If it's just constant fretting or something then that probably doesn't do that much. I'm about to turn 30 and get those comments, but mostly from people twice my age, so I can't go around asking everyone "how old am I?" like an autist haha
Agree. 37 here. Recently lost a bit of weight (not that much) rapidly doing keto...and my face deflated. Had a full face before this. Now I'm trying to regain said weight...to fill my face back in. 1 month In. No changes. Dunno if it's possible to gain the face fat back or how long it takes.
At 40 I used to look youthful just like you but things for us women start to change when we approach the menopause. I’m 47 and starting to have jowls and a few ring lines on my neck which I never had until about 2 years ago. I have always been healthy I use organic and non toxic skincare and makeup, never smoked and don’t drink either, never used any self tanners either but I do like going into the sun in summer but wear a lot of SPF on my face. I try my best to keep my skin looking young and have oily skin so don’t have too much wrinkles either for now, but I guess there will be more when I will be in my 50s and 60s.
@@blueseptember2174 I don’t think so but I would not know as I am on the progesterone only pill from 2015 which stopped my periods but I don’t have symptoms other than brain fog at times . Lol I’m Gen Z and already have ring lines or what they call “tech neck” because of looking down at my phone. I think it will be the first time that younger people will start to age quicker in their necks, but slower everywhere else 😅
Aging is natural and is beautiful. Embrace it. You cannot stop aging, there’s not such thing no matter what the industry tells you. There’s only ways to prevent premature aging. I’m sorry that industry made you believe getting older is not beautiful.
Yeah, so after I started getting Botox injections religiously every 3 months for a neurological disorder I’ve been able to instantly recognize when someone has been on the tox for years. I don’t waste my time with influencers who preach giving up caffeine and using better skincare, but forget to mention the real miracle juice. I’m not embarrassed to be a proponent of botox because it is in fact what will get you results like this. You look amazing, but throwing out your self tanner didn’t freeze your forehead muscles. Have fun with your grift lady.
You’re not as wise as you think you are. I’m naturally not expressive with my eyebrows at all. I don’t move them up and down when I talk- never have. It’s why my forehead is so smooth. I suggest you take into consideration that not everyone is exactly like you and perhaps my “forehead muscles” have never needed to be frozen. There’s no grift here, only authenticity.
@Lauren O’Connell Clearly shows how scared you are of being exposed. One doesn't need to be expressive, people can usually move the forehead if they WANTED TO. And you CLEARLY want to. You're trying but it is not moving. The clear expression at 1:30 gives it away. What you did there a few times WOULD HAVE moved your eyebrows and forehead, if it could. And the least you could do to prove you're authentic, is move it.
@@dOVERanalyst Wow this is like her first viral video and i’ve been watching her for years she does NOT have botox in her forehead. Some people don’t have ripples in their forehead no matter how much they animate. My forehead is exactly the same i do not get those ripples that people get. Girl Im 25 but your video was so amazing. I love your energy and how happy you are feeling with yourself. People need to teach those thing from you. Now Im your new subscriber 😊
I looked youthful at 40, 45. It wasn’t until after menopause at 56 that my skin changed a lot. Women are looking younger than ever these days. Better makeup, skincare knowledge, exercise, etc. I believe your mindset also has a lot to do with how we age. I never had a high stress career but I know if I did the stress would have made me look older. My friend only sleeps 4 hours a night at the most and she has deep wrinkles while I don’t have any, just some tiny fine lines and we’re the same age. I love sleep and I believe good sleep is one of the best health and beauty treatments there is. Along with fresh, natural food, fresh air and exercise. 7 hours a night minimum is optimal. Whatever you can do to feel energetic. Caffeine will not replace the mental, physical and emotional well-being that sleep provides.
I can relate to the pale thing. I’ve been travelling for 5 months and people are always taking the p*ss out of my skin colour because it’s “so pale”. I’ve never felt so aware of it before. This isn’t a sob story but now I’m trying to get lots of sun, which I’m kind of against because of obvious reasons
@Jenny Pepper. I am so sorry to hear what you have been through. I also got all kinds of nasty remarks, when I was younger, about the fact that I was pale and that I would buy face powder “to emphasize the paleness of my skin.” It couldn’t have further from the truth. I’ve had a very sensitive skin and had to go to department stores to buy expensive face powder due to my skin sensitivity. I haven’t bought face powder for years as I could no longer afford it. The advice I would like to give you is to NOT listen to what other people say about your skin. That’s their problem, not yours. I would not try to go under the sun to get a tan. As you said, “the obvious reasons” are concerning. Why should you get premature aging and a risk of skin cancer just because some people around you are not nice (to put it mildly) and give you a hard time? Maybe you are anemic (iron deficiency.) in my case, I had an underlying health condition of which I was not aware. My condition is too long & personal to go into details but it got discovered and treated. I felt better since then. I hope it helps.
Pale skin is seen as one of the most beautiful things in East Asia. Funny how beauty standards vary everywhere. In Europe I'm made fun of for it, in East Asia it is the number one thing I am complimented on.
I love everything you said! I am 51 and have been working on mind set for a few years now and I too love me!! Good for you to feel and live that at 40!!!
Subscribed! So excited to have found you! I am 40 😩 and I wanted to find a video like this to inspire me and help me learn ways to take better care of my skin to slow down aging!!!
You look amazing ❤ I was also bullied for my white skin as a child (in Europe 😂), now it is the opposite. I love darker skin but I have learned to embrace my own and stopped damaging it by trying to be what I’m not.
@@ereh25 Exactly, in a white country in Europe...There was this trend with tanned skin while I was at school. And some kids can be very cruel. I am very white so I ruined my skin with solarium etc., trying to fit in and look exotic. It took me years afterwards to repair the damage.
And here in India, I have been getting bullied all my life for my tanned skin. Even my mother criticised me a lot of times(even yesterday) for my skin tone. Honestly seaking after seeing your comment, I'm hella surprised to know how diverse yet racist the people of this planet are!😅
1. No coffee 2. No alcohol 3. No self tan, embrace natural self. Self acceptance 4. Dont get skincare that has fragrance or alcohol. Get skincare with vit C, retinoids, peptides. 5. Skincare that suits your skin type, her skin is dry so all the above helps with hydration. 6. Consistency with skincare. 7. Change in mindset. Be kind to yourself. Inside positivity radiates outwards. 8. Stop comparing yourself to others. 9. Lessen stress by meditation.
Coffee is not necessarily a bad thing. In fact, quite the opposite. Some contents have an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect. In the end the dose makes the poison.
Coffee does dry out the skin though, but you can always compensate by applying a moisturizing ingredient to counteract that undesirable effect as it does provide benefits as well as you mentioned such as acting as an anti inflammatory I have found through years and years of coffee comsumption that it really does not make a difference in my skin quality.
I was looking for someone to defend coffee. It’s actually a great source of polyphenols. Ask any medical doctor, they’ll agree. Just don’t go overboard and see what you can tolerate. Oh course stay away from the syrups and sugars. Hydrate before you caffeinate. I.e. if you’re having it first thing in the morning, drink some water first so your body has a baseline of hydration after you’ve slept. If you fast, you can drink coffee as an appetite suppressent, to stretch your fasting window. It’s great for focus and concentration too. Caffeine also constricts blood vessels, so if you have a headache, drink coffee and give it a few minutes then the pain will go as your brain won’t be pushing against your skull. Caffeine also has a half life so don’t go past early afternoon if you want a peaceful nights sleep as it is a stimulant.
@@d26s10 I don’t know what to say, I am sensitive to bad food and immediately get a reaction, yes caffeine is a good pain killer but you can get it out of matcha latte or green tea, coffee messes up my digestion immediately, makes me feel like throwing up and makes my skin look horrible.
I have an opinion that could be totally off base so take it or leave it - when you mentioned your husband is sometimes like another child and then mentioned that your brothers still call you albino rhino- it made me feel like telling you, if you aren’t already, please don’t ever feel like you cannot assert your boundaries. You deserve to be treated with respect and fairness.
“My husband is like my next kid haha” is the cringest statement that for some reason people love to use. She’s not the one needing extra respect - her hubby is.
It's so crazy but I am doing the same.... I am 36 and look younger than I did 10 years ago!! Between intermittent fasting, vitamins, collagen, exercise, red light therapy and tretinoin it's crazy, I think I look 10 years younger than my little sister!!
I am 27 & dread the day when I turn 40 because of ageing. But after looking at you I think 40 is the new 20 plus lots of experience but still young at heart. Wow
Society has warped the way you think. Being 40 is just fine and ageing is what happens to all of us naturally. By the time you reach that age, hopefully your vanity will not be as severe. There is more to life than looking like a teenager and men wanting to eff you. Good luck
@jacquelineess1141 looking younger has nothing to do with effing with men. Atleast cultured people don't believe in that. Well, if you think everything a woman does is to attract male attention then you need to turn off the internet & touch some grass.
I really appreciate you sharing and speaking to your experience as a fair skinned individual being made fun of for it. Like you, I have both naturally very fair skin and dark hair and was constantly bullied for it (by fellow Caucasians-never ever any other race!). This also affected me deeply growing up and made me believe fair skin wasn’t beautiful. I literally hated the skin I was in. I burned myself in tanning beds for years, trying to change and fit into western beauty standards! Just wanted to also share, as a fellow fair skinned woman, it has come with a lot of unreasonable bullying and judgement.❤
People are vile… it’s just awful! Fair skinned get bullied by other whites. Brown and black skinned get bullied by other brown and black people for being the wrong shade of brown. It destroys so many people’s confidence and self-esteem, especially girls! It makes me so angry! There is very little we can do about it. It’s so embedded culturally.
I have had the same experience! Very fair skin that never tans, very dark hair. I went to tanning beds for years and used self tanners for years after that. I always tried to fit in. I guess I still struggle with my skin and image but yeah it’s also totally ok and I love to take care of my skin! Just wanted to share that you aren’t alone in your experience. ❤

I'll never, ever understand why people think tanning makes them look younger, "glowing," etc. I've never seen a tanned person that didn't look at least 10 yrs OLDER than what they actually were or looked like they had really dry skin, even if they didn't have dry skin. People need to learn to embrace their paleness. It's not only beautiful, but makes you look way younger in the end.
I'm 38 and I get this all the time. I'm here to tell you, its normal to look your age and there really aren't that many perks of "ageing backwards". Just age gracefully, we're all beautiful. 💖
I'll be 50 in a month and I'm aging in reverse too! I have been on a fitness journey after having long-COVID since November, 2021, but I'm finally getting healthy again and back in the gym and seeing amazing changes. Attitude has so much to do with change, and adopting the right mindset. That starts with gratitude. Life is a blessing. Thank you for your video!

I Crack a self detrimental joke and move on.
@@ivaneteroark710 you are judging people by their looks so if someone don’t look healthy or younger to you are petty? What’s this logic? Everyone is gonna age and nothing can stop those cells and it’s all genetic🧬 if you put value on youth to women then misogyny wins its very shallow.
It’s all comes down to your living situation, more stress and you age faster. I have started to exercise and eat better but there seems to be no solution to the constant stress and turmoil that life throws at you 😢
My dad always said sunscreen is filled with chemicals. My mom tries to sit in the sun for 15 minutes in the warm weather without sunscreen for the vitamin D. She's 77 very healthy and looks good. Unless you're working outside in the strong sun you don't need the chemicals. Everyone is looking very pale and sick these days.
@@lovelocked5385 the whole myth about “harmful chemicals “ being in your sunscreen has been debunked. Also it doesn’t matter if you are outside or not uvb/uva rays can reach your skin and do harmful effects like premature aging skin cancer etc. Sunscreen is extremely important.
I do a lot of fasting! Been doing that for 5 years now and not only have i lost almost a 100lb, at 35 I look and feel younger than i did at 29! And its also been the time I’ve been doing a very internal journey of the soul! Which has humbled me and killed my ego in a way and maybe that also reflect on my outer shell
Im 43 and people think Im in my early twenties ☺️ I’ve done most of the things you mention my whole life, I never did mich makeup. I never died my hair. I was a vegetarian for 20 years, I never tanned my skin in the sun and if I were to spend time in the sun I would use sunscren. I eat rather healthy. I started with organic/natural skin- & hairrpoducts in my late 20ies, and removed all plastic in my home, I use only natural fibers for my clothes. I use textile washable period pads. I drink (alcohol) very little very seldom, and only started drinking coffee these last few years, but perhaps I should skip it too, doesnt feel very good. I also try home remedies instead of pharmaceuticals (for minor colds/ailments only though, I do go to the doctor if I need to). My biggest beaty secret product is Argan oil for skin. Sooo age reducing! Had friends trying it too and they say it reversed their facial aging by ten years ☺️
Thank you for sharing! Do you have any recommendations the best place to purchase the argan oil? Thank you sooooo much in advance for your response! 💖💛💖💖🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Odd you mention your spiritual coach. I personally have been working on myself mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally for the last 10 months. I suddenly can not drink alcohol at all anymore either. I couldn’t figure out why. I never thought that was correlated to my energetic progression. Thank you for sharing.
I wasn't super happy at 40, but people still thought I was in my 30s...but at 44...it's all crumbling down fast! We age a lot from night to day. And it will get worse. People still think I'm 35, but...face is hollowing, drooping and wrinkling fast.
Side note: my fiances account. I'm 40 something and started derma rolling(every 3 weeks) and using a 1% retinol and also facial massage every couple of nights. For the first time in my life I'm receiving compliments on how nice my skins tone and texture is. My number one secret.. organic coconut oil at night face neck chest and shoulder. It works!
Wow, this is literally what everyone tells me as well. I am also 40. Honestly, my grandfather who passed when he was 94, looked like he was in his 60’s, so I’m sure my genes have something to do with it. Aside from that, here’s what I do, really not for the purpose of looking younger, but as just a part of whom I’ve become: I laugh A LOT…I MEAN A LOT, walk every day for 30 minutes, limit caffeine, eat dark chocolate and low carb, drink a lot of water, use only black soap, Shea butter and olive oil on my skin ( no makeup whatsoever), exfoliate once a week with just an exfoliation glove and black soap, get a lot of vitamin c through foods and supplements, and take a break from the normal routine from time to time to do what I’m most happy doing at that moment in life. I will add, I am 100% for showing my natural beauty without anything added. I’m hoping in addition to the tips in this video, the ones I’ve mentioned will help someone.
you are so right, there are many messages we receive about our skin color "not being right." But feeding into that propaganda ends up causing us way more harm in the long run!! Yes, embracing natural beauty!! love that
A lot of people seem the same age between 20 and 40. That is why often 40 year old mother and 20 year old daughter are often mistaken as sisters. People change a lot after 50.
@@SueRosalieI see this in both men & women. Once past 50 the hormones that provide the veil of youth fade away. Weaknesses & health problems become obvious We come from Nature & to Nature we slowly but surely return Licroice root, sarsaparilla root, dr Christopher’s ChangeEze and coffee enemas are helpful in steadying the hormone fluxes & improving well being
20 and 40 is a big difference and don't look similar at all. People will say a pair looks like "sisters" because it is an easy compliment that 40 year olds fall for.
Yes!!! I was so glad to hear that you quit coffee. I just quit 12 days ago. Best decision ever (next to ditching alcohol)! Been alcohol free since August 2021.
I am a 40 year old guy and I look the same as I did at 25. At 25 everyone guessed I was 30 and they still do... I used to look old for my age, but now I look pretty young. Most of the time I lived a pretty unhealthy lifestyle. Loads of processed food and meat, hardly ever exercised (but was able to keep my weight), and used to smoke a lot (but quit at 30). Some maybe say it's genetics, but there are a few things I did "well" that maybe influenced it: I never drink alcohol, I sleep well and enough, I avoid the sun probably more than average people or use a lot of sunblock and, I have always had a cheap and simple "skincare routine" but I stuck religiously to it. I am a biomedical engineer and I did research with huge cosmetics companies on the process of skin wrinkling. Based on what I came to realize there, I adapted my skincare. Morning and evening I wash my face with a hydrating cleanser and then I apply copious amounts of a Japanese hyaluronic acid "bomb" called "Gokujyun" from "Hada Labo" (literally means "skin laboratory" in Japanese, and it's available for about 12 bucks per big bottle on amazon). Then I add a good layer of Niva cream that also has hyaluronic acid and let it all pull in and then add a layer of any moisturizing SPF 15 cream. In the evening I do the same before sleep without the SPF but I start with a retinol- or recently, retinoid cream after washing, after it pulled in, I again nuke my face with hyaluronic acid. Each of these products costs less than 15 bucks and if you pay more than 25 bucks for anything, you are probably getting scammed. Some science for those interested: There are a few processes that make our skin wrinkle, sag and discolor - or as we use the umbrella term "age". There are only a few products that have a real rejuvenating/preventing effect that can be actually MEASURED properly and repeatedly and not just claimed in an advertisement by some greedy company. What really works in short: 1. Hyaluronic acid retains and binds water into the upper skin layers, essentially giving mechanical resistance to wrinkling formation whenever you smile, speak, squint etc. 2. SPF creams reduce UV-A which dries out skin and damages the DNA, leading to discolorations etc. 3. Retinoids/Retinol actually stimulates cell grows and stabilization of the extra cellular matrix collagen, which is the scaffold that holds your skin together neat and tightly ;)
Same question here! 🙋♀️ As far as Retinol/retinoids, is it also sold on Amazon for under $15? And would you recommend a particular strength or brand? Thank you!
@@alysonkipp6080Sorry for a very late answer, the comment notification system is rather strange at times. This goes to all questions here: 1. I like "Cerave" as a brand, I feel like I pay for the advanced product, not the brand name. I can't recommend the "PM" cream enough. I used their retinol serum which is great, but once I got used to up, I ramped it up to Differin Gel 0.1% Adapalene. 2. As for sunscreen, I find "Eucerin Oil Control" SPF 50 is amazing. It pulls in completely and doesn't give that greasy nasty feel like many sunblocks do. I apply it religuously, even on rainy days when I don't leave the house.
This is a great video! I'm turning 40 this month and I've also managed to age backwards quite a bit. I didn't give up coffee, but I don't drink alcohol (I used to) and I don't eat carbs or sugar (I used to), which was HUGE. Plus I started using a prescription Tretinoin cream from an online skincare company. Super easy to get ladies, you just do an online consult. It made a HUGE difference as well. When I moisturize I make sure to use things like my snail mucin toner (cruelty free), hyaluronic acid serum, and a moisturizer with B3, B5 and ceramides, among others. Because I have oily skin, I also alternate with a salicylic acid toner to keep my pores clear (just be careful to rotate it with the Tretinoin so your skin doesn't get too irritated). The salicylic acid makes an impact on refining pores and reducing wrinkles too. I recommend 2% salicylic acid in the Thayer's witch hazel blemish toner. It smells like lemons and will keep your skin clear. Lots of sleep and a positive outlook are also massively important. Sometimes both of those are easier said than done, but you'd be surprised at how much eliminating carbs and sugar from your diet will also remove anxiety and insomnia from your life! Lastly, I've also started derma rolling. Find yourself a quality roller with the individual needles (not the triangular ones attached to a round plate). I use a 5% lidocaine numbing cream first, wait about 30 minutes for it to work, and then I use a 1.0 size needle roller across my face and neck once every month (sometimes up to every 2-3 weeks). Good luck everyone and God bless! ❤️🙏
@@lauren.o.connell I actually started it on a whim. I looked into Keto and just started one day about 2 years ago. I did it just to lose a few extra pounds, but what I didn't expect was the avalanche of additional benefits! It made me look and feel younger, sleep better (and need less to feel rested), eliminated all inflammation in my entire body (thereby getting rid of all of my aches and pains, which were quite severe before), reduced puffiness and swelling throughout my body, and erased anxiety and depression. I was floored by the vast improvements across my entire body and mind. Not to mention that the weight came off easily. Now I eat that way just to maintain the massive health benefits. Table sugar is a toxin to the body and all carbohydrates are just long chains of glucose, so at the end of the day it's still just sugar. You'd be amazed at how little you crave it (not at all, actually) after anywhere from a few days to a week of eating ketogenic. The key is keeping your macros in check so that your body depletes all of its glucose stores and starts running on ketones for energy instead. The goal is to eat about 70% fats, 20% proteins and only 10% carbs. I include plenty of berries for antioxidants and you can even get away with some dark chocolate as a treat. The only thing I really missed was sweetness in my morning coffee, but I fixed that by using Erythritol sweetener instead. It's natural and plant based, so it looks and tastes just like sugar. No funky aftertaste at all. You can even bake with it. You'd be amazed at how many delicious keto recipes there are. Everyone I've spoken with that has done this type of diet wound up sticking with it for years because of the amazing health/beauty benefits they acquired. If you'd like more info or a dietary guide (it's something I typed up to help others who saw my transformation and asked for help doing the same), feel free to let me know and I can send it to you. ❤️ It's just a basic list of red and green light foods.
I am 48 this year and I must say I was challenged in my younger days at work, at university and by the police, because I came across as looking around 18 or so at the age of 37. Following surgery at 33 I became so much stricter and kept myself busy cooking healthy soups and Indian dishes. I do have a disability and mobility problems today from past abuse from being pushed down the stairs at home for which I received no justice as yet. My bone breakage still showed 18 years after the incident that is 2 years ago. I slowly fought for good carers and many cruel ones come and disappear saying all sorts. A few have said I don’t look my age. I think seeing the good in a situation, and really investigating chronic pain and mental health issues can really help. I still have my healthy salads and porridge as well as vegetables, fruits and seeds, and I feel better each day. Thank you so much for your inspirational video 🙏🏼💕!
Every skin is beautiful especially when it’s glowy. I don’t see a lot of really pale people but I’ve seen two this past year and it was very beautiful. It was clear glowy healthy looking skin and that’s what beautiful to me
I totally agree with all your tips but coffee isn't bad at all. Healthy aspects included. I drink 2 one per day in the am, combining it with drinking two glass of water at least :)
I'm 54 biologically and also in an age reversal. I do everything the "experts" say, *not* to do (in moderation). 😀 It's a mindset, you don't *have* to age if you choose not to. 💜
I'm there with you. I'm 53 and still have no wrinkles or fine lines. I'm still amazed that I have no fine lines around my eyes. I have a few bad habits I need to break - coffee and sugar. But I take a lot of great supplements, Dr approved, that I think help offset those effects. I'm working on those.
@homiekeen23 Skincare loves: lactic acid, vitamin c and an AHA mask 1-2× per week (when I remember). These improved my skin exponentially within a couple of months of using. I also use retinol about 3-4 nights per week. The Ordinary products are inexpensive but I have other brands I prefer. For supplements: a good probiotic has also helped, and good gut health will improve your skin. I also take vitamins D3 and C daily. I like the vitafusion gummies. I still have some redness as a result of sun damage from my youth but my make-up covers it well. Haven't wanted to resorted to lasers and botox yet (I don't want to pay the $$) - maybe as I start showing more signs of aging.
This video is so timely for me! I think sometimes you don't realize the impact of things that you do regularly. However, my feelings have also started changing towards coffee and alcohol. I live in a very dry climate. Ive noticed in the past year my face looks dramatically different from day to day and i started to wonder why. My conclusion is: sleep, exercise, coffee and alcohol have started to affect me differently in terms of energy, how my body feels and how my skin looks and feels. I may not stop drinking coffee or alcohol from time to time, but i am definitely more aware of the impact of all of these things. I now know i NEED exercise. I desire much less alcohol and coffee and i need more sleep. Thank you for sharing ❤
I am 27 and people doubt I am 27 and say I look so young. My recipe: No alcohol or drug use ever, Yoga, lots of sleep, no abusive relationships , self-love first, sunscreen, no make up when not needed, keep your natural hair color as long as possible, I keep my hair long too so I look younger, lots and lots of water, I still eat sugar many times though so that is my weakness but I try to cut out processed food as much as possible, I am vegetarian so I eat many veggies and fruits naturally!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I just turned 37 last month, so I’m right behind you. I’ve been researching ingredients in beauty products starting about a decade ago, and although I looooove make up, I wear it sporadically because of the ingredients, the products I use are few with minimal ingredients. People tell me I look like I’m in my 20’s, and think that my teenage son is my brother lol. I take it humbly and with a grain of salt because I know it’s all temporary. I also have been working on feeling positively about aging as I’ve noticed a long time ago that society pushes a bad/negative attitude towards aging, and when I realized that I wanted to combat that from within, in my thought process and my emotions. I am grateful to run into your video, and it may be content that appeals to me. Thank you 💗 Subscribed*🥰
Im 42 and I still get ID-ed!! =D I smoke, I drink and Im FAT! Really wanna lose weight but worried everything is gonna fall apart if I do. My grandmother never had a wrinkle in her life till she started losing lots of weight fast at 75. I believe think malnutrition is the number one reason for ageing.
I’m 22 and extremely pale, my dad is always telling me to lay in the sun and get some colour, I always respond with “I don’t want to get wrinkles!”. When I wear the right colours and put on some makeup I look fine though and I just embrace it.
It might help you embrace being pale if you find a celebrity who is pale that you think is beautiful. Like if you’re blonde, Elle fanning; black hair, Dita Von Teese; Brunette, Angeline Jolie. There are lots of other very beautiful celebrities who are pale, and it might help you to embrace your pale skin by seeing them embrace it!
Aging all comes from the subconscious mind. People identify themselves with their bodies and their beliefs that it will decay overtime versus being in touch with their inner essence that they are a timeless soul which gives life to their body. The soul never ages. A person who’s in their essence will age in reverse. Their essence will guide them to the foods and lifestyle that resonates with their soul purpose and uniqueness. Their inner being will give light and radiate beauty externally from within.
You look young & you'd look even younger with great hairstyle & color. Blunt cut. You'd look fantastic with platinum butter blonde. You can pull it off. Live it up !
Yes I ditched the alcohol too!! My life is totally so much better now and I too look great at 40. Plus believing you look good can change EVERYTHING!! Look at yourself with the belief that you’re skinny, you have a beautiful body, you’re healthy; it makes so much of a difference!! It was hard at first because I was definitely way too hard on myself!! But I thought, “What do I have to lose?” So now I try to talk to myself with love.
39 here, I just stopped getting carded last year lol. I also stopped drinking alcohol, had a spiritual awakening, and noticed a huge difference in my skin too. I make sure I get enough healthy fats and protein in my diet and take vitamin D daily. I'm also very pale and avoided tanning my whole life. I use no frills skincare products. Basic drugstore stuff.. Honestly, genetics plays the biggest role.
I am a trained skincare therapist (2001) and I'm 40 now. 2 people just today... told me they thought I was in my 20s... Bring it!!! 🤣🤣🤣I also don't smoke but DO drink wine. 🍷🤔 I don't eat THAT... healthy but do love natural foods. So much tastier. I use good products and never go to bed with a trace of make up on. Love my skin and appreciate all the great compliments 💖💖💖
nice to hear someone actually compliment a white person on their skin for once instead of all of the hate thats been in the news. Ayways!! you both have beautiful skin!!
Fair/porcelain skin is definitely glorified both historically and currently. There’s no “hate” in the news about them. But yes, it’s very beautiful! I love my light brown skin but can appreciate lighter tones, too. (No need to pretend like y’all are oppressed though)

What’s your opinion regarding “natural makeup products”
After lots of chit chat not a single worth of advise

At 40 we are still young... why society put us in a place of very old people after 35, it's crazy🤯
You are a lucky girl.
I'm agreed with you
People people didnt live long years ago like they do now
True, it use to be 60 plus now you are considered old at 35 plus. For women only
Nah it's more like after 25 you are done now 😭
I have been using Jiranium for a while now and they have the best anti aging products in the market. My skin is sensitive, and it’s hard to find fragrance free products but they’ve got small but good selections.
I also meditate, do intermittent fasting and stopped drinking to boost skin health, this video is really helpful
New subbie! Your skin looks lovely and plump and glowy Lauren.
I’m 35 and what I’ve been doing to preserve my youthfulness is:
- fasting.
Haha!
Update:
You all asked for more so here’s a few extra points (some I need to incorporate but life is all about balance) and I’m also summarising some of the biggies into short points if you wish to screenshot this part of the comment only.
Please do

Why isnt botox mentioned on here? She obviously has it done and that makes the difference
Botox very temporarily inhibits muscle movement. It does nothing for skin cell health, rejuvenation or longevity.
exactly, it is very obvious and if she would talk about it freely it would give her much more credibility. Also the hyaluronic acid, visible too
Who cares the collagen also makes you glow from within, something botox doesn’t do. I get Botox and the collagen production did wonders for me
100% also defo has cheek fillers and good camera lighting!!
No idea why people pretending these days - it's obvious, just admit it!

Best beauty advice ever. I couldn't agree more. ❤❤

Red wine is good occasionally.

Some women start having perimenopausal symptoms as early as 40.

I think genetics play a big part into aging as well. I am not the healthiest by any means. I drink soda, smoke, & I don't drink nearly enough water.

You again! One more nasty comment Agata and I will unfortunately need to block you.
I agree I think it's not nice to hide the botox and probably more stuff all it takes is to be honest and truthful instead of talking about caffeine

Caffeine will not replace the mental, physical and emotional well-being that sleep provides.
yes sleep is regenerative
I can relate to the pale thing. I’ve been travelling for 5 months and people are always taking the p*ss out of my skin colour because it’s “so pale”. I’ve never felt so aware of it before. This isn’t a sob story but now I’m trying to get lots of sun, which I’m kind of against because of obvious reasons
Absolutely love this video.

I'll be 50 in a month and I'm aging in reverse too! I have been on a fitness journey after having long-COVID since November, 2021, but I'm finally getting healthy again and back in the gym and seeing amazing changes. @@ivaneteroark710 you are judging people by their looks so if someone don’t look healthy or younger to you are petty? What’s this logic? Everyone is gonna age and nothing can stop those cells and it’s all genetic🧬 if you put value on youth to women then misogyny wins its very shallow.
wow, you look like you're 25 or 30!!! this is very motivating to keep taking care of my skin, body and overall health
Good thing you are sharing your personal experience. Just you are praising yourself a lot.
I don’t get it I’m 41 and I really feel like I am younger now then when I was 30, 40 is the new 20! My life is just beginning!
It’s all comes down to your living situation, more stress and you age faster. I have started to exercise and eat better but there seems to be no solution to the constant stress and turmoil that life throws at you 😢

Sunscreen is one of the most important steps.
Absolutely true
@@lovelocked5385 the whole myth about “harmful chemicals “ being in your sunscreen has been debunked. Also it doesn’t matter if you are outside or not uvb/uva rays can reach your skin and do harmful effects like premature aging skin cancer etc. Sunscreen is extremely important.
I do a lot of fasting! Been doing that for 5 years now and not only have i lost almost a 100lb, at 35 I look and feel younger than i did at 29! And its also been the time I’ve been doing a very internal journey of the soul! Which has humbled me and killed my ego in a way and maybe that also reflect on my outer shell
could you tell us exactly how you fast? details please

I am Muslim and our religion its forbidden to drink alcohol and l believe that God know what is best for us.

Aside from that, here’s what I do, really not for the purpose of looking younger, but as just a part of whom I’ve become:
I laugh A LOT…I MEAN A LOT, walk every day for 30 minutes, limit caffeine, eat dark chocolate and low carb, drink a lot of water, use only black soap, Shea butter and olive oil on my skin ( no makeup whatsoever), exfoliate once a week with just an exfoliation glove and black soap, get a lot of vitamin c through foods and supplements, and take a break from the normal routine from time to time to do what I’m most happy doing at that moment in life. I will add, I am 100% for showing my natural beauty without anything added.
I’m hoping in addition to the tips in this video, the ones I’ve mentioned will help someone.
You probably look your age.

Yes ! I love your work.
you are so right, there are many messages we receive about our skin color "not being right." But feeding into that propaganda ends up causing us way more harm in the long run!! Yes, embracing natural beauty!! love that
A lot of people seem the same age between 20 and 40. That is why often 40 year old mother and 20 year old daughter are often mistaken as sisters. People change a lot after 50.
yes menopause takes its toll
@@SueRosalieI see this in both men & women. Once past 50 the hormones that provide the veil of youth fade away. Weaknesses & health problems become obvious
We come from Nature & to Nature we slowly but surely return
Licroice root, sarsaparilla root, dr Christopher’s ChangeEze and coffee enemas are helpful in steadying the hormone fluxes & improving well being
20 and 40 is a big difference and don't look similar at all. People will say a pair looks like "sisters" because it is an easy compliment that 40 year olds fall for.
@@boojoogoo how old are you? 20?😂
Yes!!! I was so glad to hear that you quit coffee. I just quit 12 days ago. Best decision ever (next to ditching alcohol)! Been alcohol free since August 2021.
Great job ❤
What really works in short:
@Captain Nemo thank you 😊 what kind of retinol do you recommend? from your expertise, do you think self tanning is bad?
Same question here! 🙋♀️
As far as Retinol/retinoids, is it also sold on Amazon for under $15? And would you recommend a particular strength or brand? Thank you!
Suggestions for sunblock? I usually choose a mineral sunscreen.
@@alysonkipp6080Sorry for a very late answer, the comment notification system is rather strange at times. This goes to all questions here:
I apply it religuously, even on rainy days when I don't leave the house.
what kind or brand of retinol do you use?
How did you give up sugar?
@leaping lynx would you mind sharing more with me please
@@stephaniefioretti1062 Sure! What would you specifically like to know?
Hi could you please kindly tell me what online company you used to get the tretinoin cream? 😊
You look significantly younger!!! Beautiful skin
It was clear glowy healthy looking skin and that’s what beautiful to me
Great work is love.

@@mela6885 girl please. I don't do that whole race mess. When we die God does not care about that.
It's a mindset, you don't *have* to age if you choose not to.
@@rosem6885 Nice! 💜
Please give examples of what you do! 🙏
@@rosem6885 thanks a lot for responding! 😃 what brands other than the ordinary would you recommend?

Gurl im turning 38 this month and u just made my day, 40 isn’t that old rite, some women even have babies in their 40s 😊
Thank you 💗

Keep the fat 😅...I lost weight and sagged 😢
Or ya know? Like skin cancer?!
