that's a lot of super-fine grounds out there, I bet it makes your cup more complex. But how does it taste?

You made a good point! There are some reasons why I use this way for brewing. I’ve already tried both ways. In the case of 60 60 60, it was too slow for brewing. So, I have to change grind more bigger. It’s a common knowledge, isn’t it? But I don’t have super expensive grinder at home. When I use a auto grinder, there are so many ‘super-fine grounds’ . You know coffee grind has a big influence on coffee brewing. So I use a COMANTANTE. Have you ever used COMANDANTE? It’s quite good! This is a key point because there is not much super-find ground out there. So you can fully enjoy brewing. Why don’t you try them yourself? I bet it is a good experience for you :)

hi, you always bloom 60, then pour the rest of water non-stop? How does it compare to like 60 - 60 -60 - 60 - 60.
