Man, that's worth 7500 all day long Todd...what a machine. I agree woth you, front brake, mirrors, better sprung seat, and rear lights, and good to go.....hey new camera looks awesome too man.
That bike would be worth so much money if it were completely stock. Or at least whoever did the customization kept all the original parts to sell with it. So hard to find obsolete oem parts for these. New camera and mic are awesome Todd!
This year isn't worth as much as you'd think. There are a couple bone stock pre 2000 FXSTS's for $8,000 -$9,000. within a 100 miles of me here on the gulf coast. Cycle Trader has a bunch of FXSTS's for under $8,000.
I bought my 1993 FXSTC in that blue/mandarin paint scheme that was only used that year and never again. 22,000 miles from the original owner and only Harley accessories added. Beautiful bike from a time gone by. Those that would pay 7500 for it are aging out of the sport. And like I said before, NOS parts are very rare and HD makes it really hard to maintain and service old bikes. Hang on to what you have these days.
It's generally a younger person who buys a bobber, regardless of motor type. True, HD doesn't service EVOs anymore then they service Knuckles. Still enough old school mechanics around. Best Parr about EVOs, service is change fields and spark plugs
Awesome Springer I’ve got a purple one. I can appreciate a real Softail Springer. They are a rarity here. Hey, I missed you at the AMCA swap meet in Indiana this year. Maybe next year?
Nice bike bro, camera seems to be A👌 2 me...I had a Nightrain that I cut the strut supports off of and put the lucky f#&ker rear fender and wield up struts on her...got rear ended on it for the exact reason you mentioned, axle mounted tail light and tail light, and you 100% correct NOT FUN AT ALL...
it takes my breath away when you let go of the throttle and he growls like a tiger. rr .. not in one motorcycle did not hear this. only in harleys. you're cool, thanks for the video
If you do it yourself. Shop rates go from $100 to $200 an hour now. Don't forget the fabrication of the rear fender so it moves with the swing arm. In today's world, it's 200 plus just for an oil change.

Buy a stock bike, $7500. Bob it another 5k, thus for someone wanting a bobber, this bike super cheap. Glad you like the new camera
