@@brodyrichard263 very easy man. You just need a snap ring remover to remove the ring off the bottom of the pin. It slides out and you just swap them and reinsert the pin and put the c clip back on 👍🏼

I have an 03 wide glide and i been dying to cut those rear struts off and want to make a rear fender that maybe has some kind of struts inside of it so you cant see them but still has some strength. Looks great. By removing those brackets which held the stock rear fender & indicators on won't that reduce any strength to stick or bolt on a pillion seat?
Thanks Dan! The rear fender is thick steel and the bracket that mounts the rear fender to the frame has a very strong bolt process. It is approved to handle a seat if needed however the look of this bike was designed for a single rider

@@danlonick800 yes it’s custom made to order from thunder bike customs in Germany. It comes raw metal with all the brackets and bolts and it’s fairly easy to install but does require some light bondo work and paint as it is bare metal. You can also order the custom seat to go with it which I recommend. I haven’t found another like it as far as quality goes but it is pricey. Let me know if you have any more questions. I did do a video on the install of it in one of my episodes

Hey Dylan! The fender is from thunder bike customs in Germany. They are custom made and come in raw steel so it’s a pretty big job to get it prepped and installed. I bought the seat and it has built in signals so it is a pretty slick fender but pricey. The front end is stock, I powder coated it all and the fork guards are from ACH customs in the UK. Hey Tony! Yes the Harley’s vibrate quite a lot. They have rubber motor mounts and it keeps the bike from being to ridged. It vibrates the most when it’s idiling

Hey Easton! The front end is the stock Dyna set up and powder coated black and the slim fork covers are from ACH customs. They give it that straight smooth look. They are out of England but they shipped to Canada no problem.

The swing arm is stock, the fender is custom built from thunder bike customs in Germany and the tires and rims are custom ordered from DNA specialty is California. The tire is a 180 wide with same stock rim dimensions. Side mount liscence plate is just off of Amazon. I have a full build series on this bike and I believe episode 5 or 6 is all about the rear end of the bike. 🤙🏼

The swing arm is stock, the fender is custom built from thunder bike customs in Germany and the tires and rims are custom ordered from DNA specialty is California. The tire is a 180 wide with same stock rim dimensions. Side mount liscence plate is just off of Amazon. I have a full build series on this bike and I believe episode 5 or 6 is all about the rear end of the bike. 🤙🏼

@@coco-te1op my brother is ordering the 200 but they didn’t have stock last year when I built it. He still has the 180 on it. I actually forgot. The rim size is .5 bigger then stock

They are mammoth wheels by DNA specialties. Yes they have been great

Hey Aaron! Thanks for watching my channel! Man a suicide shift bobber would be epic! I like that idea. I’ve never looked into dropping a 103/07 into a sporty but I’d imagine it would be possible. Would probably be a better option to go to a Dyna at that point though.

Awesome bike, turned out great. I've got the same pipes on my Rocker C and pretty sure the same or nearly the same bars. Been looking around and at videos for inspiration to build my first bike from an old Sportster 1200. What seat and which bars are those on there?

What size wheels
The front is a 21” and the rear is a 17”
