I have been wearing Filson for over 20+ years i have put the Filsons tin pant through every type of extreme condition imaginable. they have never let me down there is nothing i would love more than to be one of the Filson reps that gets to field test the new gear and show the world that Filson is the best most reliable gear on the market today.

If it's been 20yrs going back from today then you was wearing some tough Ralph Lauren just saying I've worn pants from Walmart that are just as tough and I not only survived extreme weather I've been worked extremely laborious jobs in fucked up weather it's threw work my clothes stand the test what about you ?
@@AgentJJones what are you buying at Walmart? I bought a Dickies long sleeve work t shirt from there and it seems to be a great shirt so far.
@@jerrybartlett273 I buy what I need whatever that maybe but I've learned some more since I posted my last comment and honestly try to get quality gear that you can buy once and wear it a lifetime, man I don't know about shit from Filson either, them like Carhartt is going to hell but if you research what wool is, does, and the Mackinaw history you might get that at the least from Filson and it's made in the USA if that matters to you also their Tin Cloth products are pretty fucking legendary working men and women across the board seems to stand by them just look at all the reviews but it's no longer made in the USA anyway I could go on but I gotta stop Walmart is good being on a budget but when you can buy better just do it buy once and wear it a lifetime one last thing and unlike Walmart Filson does have a lifetime free replacement warranty so worth it ? The choice is your and USA made is the best quality gear especially for the hard working individual
@@AgentJJones Oh yeah, one definitely has to shop around for the best price, especially nowadays. I like the Goodwill and second hand stores for certain things. And l agree with you about Filson going downhill and l did have a couple pair of tin pants years ago when l was a logger and they were extremely durable, especially when it was wet out, wax the crap out of them and they always kept me dry. I also have a travel dop bag from Filson that I have had for over 25 years and it is still in very good condition. It's really a shame everything in good clothes is going to crap. Can barely afford a new pair of 501 Levi jeans 👖
@@jerrybartlett273 Levi's another Historical AMERICAN Brand that's been destroyed, they used to make clothes for Manual Laborers, now it's made for music videos LOL and Levi's are made every where but the United States 🇺🇸 it's a dam shame. Anyway way check out 1620 work wear born in Massachusetts they seem like the new kids on the block with excellent reviews, functions over form principal based, they're 100% made in the USA, and have great reviews from those who have Worked in them, a bit expensive but cheaper than Filson and they look more tactical than heritage if that little bit matters.
