Jaelyn's recovery after near-death car accident

Jaelyn Pitts was just six years olds when a collision with a semi-truck almost claimed her life. She had a traumatic brain injury and was hospitalized at UC Davis Children’s Hospital. Jaelyn required intensive, patient-focused rehabilitation, but with support from her family and the care team, she overcame the odds and now six years later, is caught up with her classmates and enjoying the gift of growing up.
