    Feels like people are judging Dave harshly, rather than with gratitude. Please consider he used to have Asperger's, he must be pushing himself out of his comfort zone to help us. You might see him as arrogant, while I see him as generous. I'm not sticking up for him, he's a big boy & wealthy, he can higher bodyguards & attorneys, I'm only sharing a different perspective, thx Dr. Ax!

    I got my cancer because I ate processed food and sweets. I never ate meat and butter. I woke up in 2011 and changed everything. I eat real food and listen to 100s smart doctors like Mercola and you. Tiny things like mitochondria are key and all of us need real food to stay healthy.

      Give up processed foods whole food plant based diet works. Eating animals and breast milk from animals has the highest saturated fats that cause heart disease strokes and cancer. Don’t eat impossible burgers either. Yes we need to be careful where we get our vegetables eat avocados nuts and seeds. Don’t drink juice eat the whole fruit.

    Dr. Axe, I heard those AirPods you are wearing in your ears have terrible radioactivity. This holistic doctor claimed that the bluetooth transmission is pinging to each other through our heads/brains. She tested it with the EMF reader. Can you do some research and report on this to us??

      Great point. I stoped wearing my AirPods because I would always feel off balance and weird feeling. I stopped wearing them and then things would clear up after several days. I tried this few more times and I’m convinced it’s the AirPods that’s negatively affecting me. I’m a medical professional and I would not wear those air pods again. I stopped wearing 6 months tried again and got the same awful feeling.

    "Go out and see the sunshine" - impossible in Ontario. In the last few years it seems we don't see much of sunshine, each time sun starts to shine we have the jets crisscrossing the sky and leaving chemtrails all over. This winter and fall are dark, heavily clouded so most days we have to keep lights on. Climate change right?

    when I finish all the fat soluable vitamins I currenlty have I will switch to Dave Asprey's line. Dave, I would order your minerals now but you have microcrystalline cellulose listed as one of the "Other ingredients," which is basically wood pulp, which I understand is very hard on digestion for those who already have digestive issues.

    • @dianaflamenco1082

    • @garzascreek
      @garzascreek 2 місяці тому

      Microcrystalline cellulose is not digestible and is too huge of a molecule to pass through the intestinal lumen. It simply acts as additional fiber. You don't accumulate it, it just passes through. Also, it is not _basically wood pulp_. It is very far removed from the base material (which can be wood pulp). What is the problem you experience with it?

      If chemtrails exist, they get everything so then just don't eat. Don't forget the nanoparticles in water too.

      @@lindas2243Sorry but as an organic chemist no corn anywhere is exempt from Monsanto contaminating round up poison as dispersed daily in our environment / results in seeded clouds and wind in their travels …. thus the rain has it. Best bet is to remove corn and soy like pesticides and chemicals and processed anything and veggies and carbs and sugar from your food choices 24/7. Carnivore w/ limited dairy dry and sheep/goat cheeses and herbs rocks for me best.

    I would love to hear these two converse with leading longevity researchers like David Sinclair and others who advocate plate based diets. Also Bryan Johnson who is vegan and has amazing health and youth. I am a flexible plant based eater and feel great. I do not eat soy, corn, or impossible burgers. I eat lots of veggies, very few grains, some salmon, sardines, and occasional eggs. We are all different. If I eat meat regularly I feel awful.
