I could listen to this all day. This is one of my favorite Mac songs and to hear it live in raw form is amazing. Your video is outstanding. You put all pictures from the Mirage tour to keep the feel and integrity of the song 1982. So cool!
STEVIE PLEASE RELEASE A "LIVE" LP/ CD of ALL ur / our favorite tunes... hits & B-sides demo's i know it would be WELL RECEIVED ❤ ALWAYZ LOVED ur Wild Heart ❤ my best
I really want a LP of her demos. I love her live performances! Especially the ones today. I love that she never sings the one song the same. Love her little additions to both Gold Dust Woman and Edge of Seventeen. Even in her age of 70 she hasn't lost her same energy.
Absolutely love this live version...although I will say I question if this is a recording from '82. For one, the guitar playing seems not to be the styling of L. Buckingham. And, two, clearly the male vocal in this song is not Buckingham, unless he had a serious cold :/...perhaps this is '87-88?
much better than the studio version. faster tempo, better guitar and awesome keyboards. the mirage album was over prodused. they should have kept the music more raw like this. thanx for posting.
This is the closest we ever got to a Christine/Stevie duet. Love those harmonies on the first two verses.
Love It.....Live Stevie Sounds SO HAUNTING!!!!!!!!! COOL STUFF

Was Straight Back ever played in actual concert? I don't remember seeing it ever on the Mirage playlists. This clip is from a soundcheck.

That vocalist is Christine McVie.
