Love the sweet and salty, and I’m a huge poppycorn lover - especially with caramel. 🤤 So, when you’re all done making the caramel, let cool a few minutes then just drizzle it all over the popcorn and mix (fold) it in - covering all the kernels! Then spread the popcorn on a baking pan, lined with parchment paper or wax paper. Let it cool and harden before serving. 😋🍿 Let me know how you did, love hearing back!! ♥️

I followed the recipe completely correct, went to take if out of the microwave for the second time & hot caramel had flooded my whole microwave. I don't say this to hate on the lovely lady showing this recipe, I say this as a warning (especially to those who have strong microwaves)

I hope you didn’t get burned. 😔 I’m wondering why!? Was there enough room on top for the measurements? Like, maybe what you were using was smaller than what I used and therefore bubbled over!? I think that microwave was a 1000 watt, so maybe yours was hotter. Again, I’m sorry that happened. I hope you were able to make again without that happening. Hi honey.. thank you for watching and commenting. I appreciate you. ☺️ OK.. so I would recommend using either, condensed milk OR the heavy cream. You CAN use milk to make caramel, however, I’ve never personally used milk to make it in the microwave. Milk is tricky with the boiling process. Maybe you can find a recipe out there using milk, just make sure it’s microwave safe.. if that makes sense. 😊 Good luck and please let me know. I’m sure you could, but I would think the cooking and process would be a little different. Thanks again! 🥰😘

Is there a way to make this last longer than 2 weeks? because who can use that much caramel in 2 weeks ?even half of that batch is way too much... what are you putting it on?
Hello thank you for watching! I appreciate you! 🥰 So you can actually store this in the refrigerator for about 3 weeks, you can also store it in the freezer for a few months. I always say about 2 weeks to be on the safer side. However, in the video I say to make half the batch if you don’t need that much. I was giving some to family, Is why I made more. You can use this on so many things; desserts, ice cream, etc. You can also make caramel candies. Which you don’t need to refrigerate. 😉 I hope that helps!!
You can use a ratio and half or quarter it, so let's say if you want to make a quarter batch: half a cup of sugar quarter cup cream quarter stick of butter half a teaspoon of vanilla
