2 weeks ago my horse tripped and fell with me. I ended up getting road rash looking sh*t on my face and my upper lip in my braces. 2 days later, I rode the same horse and hand galloped. My dad said, "You're doing great! Your mom isn't over here."
The horse I was riding today hand galloped. I’ve never galloped before and it was unexpected as she bolted. She then starting broncing and I fell off. Your fall must’ve been horrifying. Are you okay now? (Yes, I know this was from like 7 months ago lol)
@@harlsrolo Yes, I'm doing fine now. I did a show in April with the same horse, and she handled it very well; I'm doing another show in two days as well. After my fall, my mom wouldn't watch because of her anxiety, and I'd startle my dad on purpose by picking up a canter in the corner where he was sitting lol. I hope you're okay after your fall! 🖤
I busted my knee three months ago falling and got back on and jumped. Adrenaline made me think I was fine and uninjured. I was very injured and made it worse. Let adrenaline wear off before you get back on 😭

My first fall was worse because I fell off a 17 hh quarter horse and sprained my wrist and had a bruise on my ass for weeks and it didn’t help that it was the weekend before my surgery on my ankle which was back in August and I haven’t been riding since 😭

Lol when I fell off for the first time a few months ago I was so high in the air I could've landed back on my horse but on my feet 😭 at least it felt like that
My worst fall was on my horse Elvis we were on a hack when a car came by and spooked him and I fell on to a electric fence and he walked on my leg and it broken and I had to ride all the way home
A long time ago I was on the road and my bareback pad went sideways and we were against a fence galloping and I fell off and she ran my leg over and almost crushed my knee😳
Ik this is late but my worst fall to date was a few years ago at a riding camp at my lesson barn, I was still working on cantering and we were going one at a time, I lost my balance on this 13.2hh gelding and topple right off the side, him being the good old man that he is stopped as soon as I started falling (which actually made the fall worse but he was a good boy) and I fell and cracked 3 ribs, don’t ask how it happened I was wearing a body protector and had cantered him quite a few times before. He had a very bouncy canter and I was in quite a bit of pain so one of the other girls hopped on him, when she cantered she went right over his head, landed close to where I did. Must not have been a good day to ride him lol. The other girl was completely fine and got back on to trot him around. The worst part was all I could think about was how that might be my last ride on him (it wasn’t) because my instructor had him on a life long lease and the owner was thinking about taking him back. This was a 23 year old pony who acted like a 9 year old at best, a few months before my instructor got him he was still jumping 90-100cm, I learnt a lot on him.
My first fall happened almost 3 weeks ago and I have been riding for 7 years now. I was riding my horse bareback down to his pasture when a bunch of horses spooked so he took off galloping. I stayed on for a good 100 meters and then I literally ate dirt. I hit his leg and his shoe cut my arm and he fell after trying not to step on me. He was perfectly fine. I had slide off his neck and to the side a bit. So I proceeded to hit my face on the ground a bit but my right shoulder, right hip, a bit of my upper rib cage, and my right elbow took the impact. I also punched myself in the arm somehow. I just bruised the bone in a couple places and strained a tendon in my rotator cuff but I am already back in riding and feel great. But my elbow is still healing and my jaw is sometimes sore. He’s an OTTB so naturally it had to be a dramatic first fall, but surprisingly no confidence knock and my first time actually doing stuff on him he was perfect. I also got a big cut in my bottom lip from my braces😂 And unfortunately we don’t have a video of it😂😭
My worst fall was about 2 years ago I had just got on a pony and it spooked at something and reared up and I fell off and the pony landed ontop of me and I nearly broke my back
That wasn't a fall tho, my worst fall would be after a barrel pattern which wasn't going well anyway, my horse was VERY ancy and nervous and so anyway we finish the pattern and when we pass the line I start to try and break him down, instead he starts speeding up and barreling towards the panels making up the end of the arena. He's not listening, no turning no slowing down, nothing and so we get to the fence and without thinking of course I'm looking at the fence were running at so where do I end up? Slamming against the metal panel, he ofc turned right at the panel but I didn't. I hit the panel square in my back somehow and went down to the ground, my coach was literally standing right on the other side so she saw it all lol. First aid personable ofc came running and I'm trying to get up and get my horse, after catching my breath lying on the ground lol, and they're like stay down don't move! And do all the protocol like asking if I can wiggle my toes and stuff when I'm literally moving my legs trying to get up lol, got some nice arena rash on my back and still have the scar😅 mainly my fault for not looking where Teddy my horse was prob going but oh well lol, it was my very first barrel race too thankfully my time still counted since I fell AFTER the line lol, I trotted part of it to keep him under control between the 2nd and 3rd barrel so I had a 30 something run but still beat a bunch of girls who loped the whole thing 😁
in all my six years of riding ive only had one fall, its because ive only been on good horses (except my pony who rears a lot) and im weirdly good at sitting rears
Same except there have been multiple moments in the 7 years I have been riding that I should have fallen but my trainer calls me “sticky” and so do some of the other trainers. My OTTB finally dumped me three weeks ago and I did get hurt but I started riding a week and a half ago. It wasn’t his fault though❤️
@@Maddie_Equestrian129 Ya😂 his canter is so smooth but I can sit most canters at this point bc I have ridden a very wide variety of horses all of which are either spicy or lazy.
ok worse fall story so basically i was learning how to how to canter, i wasn’t very good or confident yet but i was learning on a nice calm horse. BUTTT my usual trainer was at a show so i had a lesson with ANOTHER trainer and the usual horse i ride was hurt and put on stall rest, so i rode another horse who i had just done small trot jumps with. she WAS VERY SPOOKY AND nervous in the indoor arena and that’s where we rode because it was hot HOT outside, and basically the trainer asked me to canter and i was nervous because we where inside and i had only trotted on her, SOO i asked for canter and it was smooth for like a second and then it got speedy and out of control, we stopped and i was told to canter again and i was nervous and got all floppy and accidentally kicked her and she started GALLOPING and we did a good 4 laps and then i fell off and hit my head😭😭 never rode there again💀💀
You didn’t fall tho? My worst fall wasn’t to bad. It’s how it started. Story: So we where at a horse riding camp playing the water game where you ride bareback with a cup of water in one hand and the reins in the other. I was riding a horse named Dante who is kind of big. I prefer ponies and I never had the best time riding him. My reins where long bc he was itching but he started trotting. I thought I would be able to stop him so I didn’t drop the cup instead I tried to shorten my reins but that didn’t really work. He then started cantering and bolted off with my. Keep in mind my reins where long and I started off one handed. I dropped the cup way to late and wasn’t able to shorten my reins. He put his head down and I thought he was going to buck me off. He didn’t. I almost slid on the side of him but I didn’t. I couldn’t stop him tho. I was screaming which probably wasn’t helping but I was horrified and Dante was going very fast. The trainer had to run infront of him to stop him. We where in a corner and had no where to go so he stopped and I fell over his head. My glasses fell off as I was falling and apparently I landed on my back but I remember being on my side then looking straight forward and seeing my glasses. I grabbed my glasses and my head hurt a little bc it hid the ground I stood up and I was covered in dirt and mud. My elbow was stinging a little and my friend told me I was bleeding a lot. The weird thing is my back didn’t hurt and I was fine, just a little shaky but not hurt aside from my elbow. I was on him bareback and my friend said I wasn’t bouncing at all. It was very scary and I did not get back on and no one else used Dante for the game. It may not seem bad but I have never bled from falling off. I’m ok but I believe I will have a scar on my elbow from now on. Also the next day my neck hurt, I couldn’t open my mouth all the way bc it hurt my jaw and I couldn’t move my wrists properly.
Took lessons from my mom's cousin a few years ago for anxiety. Younger stubborn horse decided to run out the arena door, and I tried to stop him. Next thing I know I'm sitting on the ground with the horse standing next to me. Don't remember the fall but I guess the horse stopped to avoid hitting the fence and I fell. Right away stood back up and finished the lesson. After I went home but was throwing up all afternoon and lower back pain. Only injury was the sore back but that didn't last that long. Was a lot more shaken up then I was hurt. Didn't stop me from riding some more after I felt better though
My worst fall was not long ago I was the first person who still takes necessary lessons to get on this horse, she is fully Arabian and only professionals had riden her. I was telling her to go up to a trot, no crop no kicking I just did a small squeeze and she galloped, I had only galloped a horse once before and it was pretty slow (like a fast canter) I fell off backwards and my friend said she did not realize i fell until she heard me hit the ground. FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ARENA!!! I got back on and my trainer held on to her halter (both of us assumed that she got spooked or something). I wanted her to move a little forward so i did just where my legs touched her sides. She ended up spraining my trainers wrist and making me scared to tell a horse to go forward. My only other fall was when I fell off the horse i commonly ride named Mo he is 17.1 hh tall and my helmet had scratch marks indented in the plastic
My worse fall was when my appendix mare took off with me on a trail ride after seeing a bear, she dumped me 1 mile away from where she took off. (I couldn’t stop her) this was also 2 years ago, I haven’t fallen off since then beside 1 time which was also a while ago.
So the same thing kind of happened to me this morning. So since I’m a new rider we were practicing trotting and posting and my horse got really pissed or mad and it started jumping around and that just scared me so much and luckily I didn’t fall ( Also I hope ur okay)
@@I_Had_No_Choiceheh 😅 yeah I’ve learnt a TON more than horses from back then, and yep! Your absolutely right, usually horses don’t get ‘mad’ they just spook.
last night I had a riding lesson and my lesson horse just would not trot over the ground poles and then when we tried going over them again she just stood there right over them so I just layed for sec in the same position u were in when u went over the jump 😅
Okay I’m late but I don’t care One time I was cantering on my horse, she was super bumpy. I looked down, causing me to loose focus and I came out of the stirrups, and ended up on my horse’s neck. My instructor was yelling at me to sit up, when I was too stressed and scared to move. I fell off and I broke my humorous(bone in ur arm) and got a permanent backache, but I am gonna heal and be fine! And my horse, a big chunk of her hoof came out, but we will both heal fast!
I just had my worst fall a couple of days ago. I was galloping and my horse tripped or spooked at something and I came down her neck and landed on my arm. Broken arm, dislocated elbow, but I am thankful that I am alive 😊. In case you were wondering, yes my horse is okay ❤️🩹.
Oh wow the pony I ride keeps bucking me off two lessons in a row she bucked yesterday and I wrapped myself around. Her neck and pulled myself up! It’s nothing compared to that in my falls absolutely nothing happened
@@heartsforhenri Unfortunately I was riding bareback in my field and she tripped or spooked, and I tried clinging on to her neck but she started spinning so I just let go. But it’s good that you caught yourself and that you haven’t had a bad fall so far!
I fell off three weeks ago and after my mom got to me since I was on the ground and we were by my horses pasture she told me he fell bc he had scrapes on his knees. I asked if he was ok bc I was staring up at the sky and I couldn’t move. He was perfectly fine but I didn’t get full mobility until 1-2 days after the fall since my whole right side hurt
My worst fall was really recently and the horse I ride refused a jump and I fell of and broke my elbow, and I had to have surgery and now have 3 metal rods in my arm.
Do you know what graphic means? Graphic means blood and my worst fall was when my lesson horse bolted with me and threw my into the fence leaving me with a bruise on my butt bigger then my hand 🤕

@@eventingthedude Yea, when it comes to cantering I sure bounce a bit but when it comes to bucks or kicks or rears I just stay in there
@@Maddie_Equestrian129 Ya😂 his canter is so smooth but I can sit most canters at this point bc I have ridden a very wide variety of horses all of which are either spicy or lazy.
Ive ridden for 5 yrs and only had 1 fall!
Oh no 😢 i am so sorry this is a truly heartbreaking and painful fall😢
Broke my shoulder in 2 places yesterday cus of falling off ;-;
@Schleich animals 😅
I hope you're ok
My worst fall was my horse spooking then me getting slammed into a metal fence making me unconscious for 10 minutes.
Nice lol
my worst fall is my horse falling over a barrel somehow and cutting my leg open😂
She did not even fall.this is just a dramatic video.
New sub
ok worse fall story
so basically i was learning how to how to canter, i wasn’t very good or confident yet but i was learning on a nice calm horse.
Oof I have a bit of the same story..?
So sorry for ur bad experience
Woah. That pony? Horse? Is not that small
You didn’t fall tho? My worst fall wasn’t to bad. It’s how it started.
Story:
So we where at a horse riding camp playing the water game where you ride bareback with a cup of water in one hand and the reins in the other.
Oh no that sucks! You seem like a great rider tho :)
@@Moonlark_Equestrian Aw thanks so much! I’m really not that great! Tbh the horse is super smooth and I was gripping on for dear life!
@@xxx_a_shxxx well at least you got to enjoy the wind in ur hair before you fell! Lol
It’s slightly infuriating reading these comments 😂 this is supposed to be a joke
Every horse cartoon:
Not very graphic to me but
OMG I HOPE YOU’RE OK!!
En mikor realizalom, H az a ló pont úgy néz ki mint a kedvenc lovam:
Supper graphic btw💀
oh yah cuz itz a joke
@@Itsyogirl572 yeah it was also that was 2 weeks ago …your kinda late♥️
My worst fall was when I landed on my head off of a talllll horse
Did you have a hat on
I got my sis getting ran over by our horse on video😂
the saddle club audio of Lisa 😂
That’s not bad
Oh pookie I hope you ok I’m sending my prayers😔💗
That was so graphic I had to turn away
ik😞😞😞
17… hh?? that’s tall..
I fell off my 16.2 thoroughbred three weeks ago. Falling off a tall horse is not fun😂Gotta love hot blooded horses
@@scarlikestarbucks yeah she is a Belgian warm blood
My worse fall was when my appendix mare took off with me on a trail ride after seeing a bear, she dumped me 1 mile away from where she took off. (I couldn’t stop her) this was also 2 years ago, I haven’t fallen off since then beside 1 time which was also a while ago.
So the same thing kind of happened to me this morning. So since I’m a new rider we were practicing trotting and posting and my horse got really pissed or mad and it started jumping around and that just scared me so much and luckily I didn’t fall ( Also I hope ur okay)
It probably spooked they don’t usually get mad, if they do they don’t do that.
OMG I LOVE THE SADDLE CLUB!!!
My worst fall was my first. I got bucked off after a jump
Aaaaaaaaaaaa i love horse 😘😘😘😘😘 en ik moet er bijna van 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 huilen zo schattig is het wel
Super cute but like I didn’t see much of the fall?
I was turning around in my saddle so I was facing backwards and I slipped of 😂😂
My worst fall is being bucked off after a jump, I went so high up in the air 💀💀💀
😂 I’m sry but this comment made me laugh
@@Techrideretc.6793 lol
First of all that wasn’t a fall second of all that was not graphic
it’s a joke dang
Does nobody get that it’s a joke
Maybe it's just not funny :'D
I watched the whole video bc I thought it was actually gonna be a bad fall then at the end I was just like ` Awwww ` 😢
My worst fall was when when I broke my collar bone
Your fall was pretty bad to but wait where was the fall
She scream was perfect 😂
BAHHAHA FR AND EHAT SHOE I SWEAR
Oh yeah go grily
I broke my tailbone from a fall back in feb🥲
Okay I’m late but I don’t care
One time I was cantering on my horse, she was super bumpy.
@@saltyeqq4256 Thank you 😊 hope your better soon
@@heartsforhenri thanks 😊
I fell off three weeks ago and after my mom got to me since I was on the ground and we were by my horses pasture she told me he fell bc he had scrapes on his knees. I asked if he was ok bc I was staring up at the sky and I couldn’t move. He was perfectly fine but I didn’t get full mobility until 1-2 days after the fall since my whole right side hurt
Soooooo cute Horse but not the human!!!! Only the Horse ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
My worst fall was really recently and the horse I ride refused a jump and I fell of and broke my elbow, and I had to have surgery and now have 3 metal rods in my arm.
THATS your worst fall? I have fallen over my horse’s head onto a jump
It a joke 💀
Don't wory! You can be a excelent rider!😊
y'all i think she was joking.
My horse bronced down a hill and i went flying 😢
the way I heard ''LISA'' ahhhhh
How tf can people be so dense…? This is obviously a joke…
i know😭😭 it’s so annoying having to reply to all these comments
You didn't fall on that jump. So not called a fall.
it’s a joke chill 😂
My worst fall was when the horse stopped and I flew over her head and fell on the jump
Good job
Oh nooo hope your okay!!! That hurts to much!!! Hope your okay gurl so much blood! JOKEE❤
Do you know what graphic means? Graphic means blood and my worst fall was when my lesson horse bolted with me and threw my into the fence leaving me with a bruise on my butt bigger then my hand 🤕
😥😥😥 that sounds very painful.
