God Bless you both 🙏. My niece walked into Aintree A&E last Thursday she had gallstones that had gone untreated, it turned into sepsis... She passed away yesterday afternoon.... 51yrs young she spent 9 days in icu on a ventalator.... We are all in complete shock. Thank God Karen was diagnosed quickly. How precious life is ❤ we really do have to appreciate the gift we are given, live in the moment xx

Keep in mind that internally, it takes a FULL year for physical recovery to be completed, so no heroics, Karen. Many surgeries are downplayed at the outset. E.g. Back to work, 6 to 8 weeks. But, the site of surgery is very vulnerable for ages.
