  • Is there a part of yourself that you wish you could change?
Maybe it's something you refer to as bad habits, the inner critic, monkey mind, addiction, or another name.
But what if there were a different way to approach aspects of yourself that leads to healing instead of shame and suffering?
In this six-week online course with Dr. Gabor Maté and Dr. Richard Schwartz, you’ll learn how to address the emotional pain, compulsive behavioural cycles, and disconnection that often follow a traumatic experience so you can lead a happier, more fulfilling life.

I think Richard Schwatrz meant the same, when a part saying no develops, it has a story behind it, if you ask, it will say it felt coerced into something and so started to say no and that's how the "no" part develops

If parents understood all this instead of taking a child’s independence personally, what a wonderful world it would be.

I believe any type of improvement, healing, motivation, etc., has to be from within ourselves. No one else can effect change for another person, but other can assist or guide us toward connecting with ourselves and beginning the self-healing journey.

What is counterdependency? Codependency, the habit of gaining your self worth from pleasing others, is something most people know of nowadays. But it's lesser known opposite, called counterdependency, can be just as much of a problem and is often related to codependency

Allow your heart the space it needs to manifest your highest desires into existence. When you really just let things be, and detach from all outcomes, you give life the opportunity and space to work in your favour. When there is space you can manifest even more and finally receive what you have been waiting for. I set another intention for anyone who reads this, I promise what you desire is on its way. I am sending you love and strength. You are Appreciated & Loved You are Accepted and Supported. Trust in yourself and Trust in life.

The only common denominator between all addicts of any social background and distinction is that they are notorious liars. Addiction affects predominantly young healthy criminals. I have been trying to have the discovery of the nature of addiction known for years to end the war on drugs. I would like to help you as a recovering addict and psychologist. Addiction is the psychology of a liar, only liars get hooked and only honesty gets freedom. The tragedy of addiction is children who revenge a childhood hurt, or trauma, against their parents learning from example. Addicts don’t forgive. I am alone socially ostracised by liars paying the price for being honest. I can prove my claim that the obvious truth is addiction is the psychology of a liar dropping mortality rates when my theory is known. It is harder to convince a fool that to know the truth is better than to be deceived than to deceive him.

Addicts can forgive once they "understand" that they are addicts. Thats my take. Much love
