@@wanderwithmebyfayis4397 Yes, Passenger satisfaction is their main moto, I travelled long back to Chikmangaluru in KSRTC's Mercedes Benz multi axle semi sleeper bus, The bus was old, it was making all sort of noise and it was irritating... After reaching the destination i posted a tweet and tagged KSRTC in it. Believe me during my return journey to Bengaluru, they changed the bus with an other Mercedes but that bus was maintained properly and the old bus was taken away from that route. That's the response...

Any one travelling to bglr for first time and getting down near madivala never hire auto from directly from there. Same goes with cabs from airport as well. Always try ola or rapido. Walk a bit forward and you can get rapido. People who approach from bus stop area will charge 2 to 3 times meter rates and will beat you if you dont pay. They have goons in the name of agents. They are actually criminals pit by auto people to form groups and enforce there agenda. And they know we are keralites so purse kali akum.
