Forest Creature Haunts San Carlos! Halloween 2020

One year after its construction, the forest creature once again makes its way to the streets for Halloween. You may have seen it on Laurel Street in San Carlos. Every aspect of the design was hand-cut, dyed, and stitched entirely from scratch - and it couldn’t have been done without help from my grandma!

I love watching you interact with the kids; their enthusiasm and particular gleeful fear is so adorable. But also, all the dogs! All of the curiosity, confusion, and the way that some of them couldn't make up their minds if they wanted to be nosy or to run was just beautiful. Absolutely precious.
