I don't believe it, you not only found a boot scraper, but a chunk of the door step was still attatched to it.

20:38 looks like one of those brackets that put on the underlift of heavy wreckers to lift up different models of truck from different parts of the undercarriage. Sometime called "frame forks" or "axle forks."

Those weird nail bits that you kept finding look simular to what Brick Layers use to attach a string line to to keep their brick work in a straight line ( Old School ) , these day's they use laser level's ....
